Wine ordered by internet. Was informed on 5 July that order was ready and on its way. Nothing has been delivered yet. Attempts to contact Cybercellar unsuccesful. Tried 2 email addresses and the telephone number. Reply came back that the adresses and telephone number do not exist. Wine already paid for more than a month ago not yet delivered. Suzuki SX4 2013: Aircon stopped functioning. After regas it was found that it was still not working - electrical error suspected. Taken to Suzuki Port Elizabeth (Tavcor): Checked and problem not found - Cost R747.50. Suzuki Port Elizabeth then quoted for "diagnose aircon" (including removing dashboard): R7475.00. Decided not to trust Suzuki with this. Car taken to Noels aircon in PE: Faulty electrostat found, removed and repaired at cost of R1700.00. Aircon working perfectly. Does not reflect well on Suzuki SA and Tavcor.
Have had club card for more than a year. Accumulated more than 2400 points. Unable to claim cash back, in spite of numerous enquiries at Summerstrand and Waterfront PE branches. Latest answer on 21 November was that the card takes 24 hours to activate and that the cashback should therefore be available on 24 November!!!
