If you plane on using the Bosch Siemens Home Appliances service centre, be prepared to call them everyday to follow up on your service. They cannot locate parts, technicians or give any feedback on where the service process is. Each day they promise to find out and call you back, but they never call back. You will start to feel like you work for Bosch by giving them an update on their job each day,
Very happy with the service offered by this company. My home has a large slate tile roof with a steep incline, at the start if summer it began to leak in various places. Clifford did an inspection and work commenced a week later. All leaks were fixed and the finis is very neat
