i took my car in for a engine overheat and drivetrain malfunction warning that come in when i drive on the freeway and explained this to them, they insisted i pay for diagnostics and came back with a lot of things. i asked them from the long list which ones are contributing to the engine overheat and drivetrain malfunction, they mentioned them and i authorized the repairs they did extra work without seeking authorization and i refused to pay for that. I took my car and first time i hit 120 km/hr both warnings came back . i then took the car back to them they demanded i pay another diagnostics fee claiming that it might be the warning but the problem originating from a different place, where might it originating from this time the service department had no answers. The technician took my car for a test without my consent and a tire burst they said i am liable because the tire was worn, so my question was if it was worn why drive in the first place why was the inspection not done before testing it. I lost close to R10 000 because of their incompetence i would not advise anyone to trust them with their pride and joy.
Its been 1 year 2 months I have been waiting for a paid up letter from VVM for my Vodacom account every time I call they tell me the paid up letter was sent to the wrong email address I give them the CORRECT email address they promise to send it within 48 hours to date I still have not received my paid up letter. I am starting to believe this debt collecting business is full of crooks this people are useless.
I was contacted by Daly credit corporation on behalf of edcon and gave me a settlement offer for my clothing account with edcon account, I accepted the offer and made the payment as per agreement I made with the call center agent Melissa Pillay. When the agent called me she had told me that I would received a paid up letter within working 20 days after I have made the payment its now 5 months i have not received a thing from them. I have been calling Daly credit corporation a lot of times and the agents will say they will load a request for paid up letter instead they send the below email after every call We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created with ticket ATR####9#4. A support representative will attend to your request and provide feedback within 5 working days. Matter Reference: 10331351 Request Logged : Closure - Settlement my inbox is full of this emails and I don't have the energy to call this people anymore can you guys please assist me.
