Good day, We made bookings for accommodation in Egypt via booking.com we arrived 4am the morning to a hotel that does not exist. We then had to pay for a new hotel because booking.com just did not return and still now we can't get our money back. We have been sending mails to them now for more than a month with no luck. How will we get our money back. And not just the money you travel to a country you do not know with a booking you thought is from a trusted source but clearly not. They have made the mistake now we must suffer the consequences. How can I go about to get this matter resolved and to ensure places like this don't get booked.
I have taken out a loan with them and the first time they told me that I must approve the Debi check again because the ref is not correct money was only paid 4 days later after they said 24hours. This time I took out R2000 and approved the Debi check on Thursday already but still no funds, I whatsapp them with no response, I have lodge a complaint on the official website still nothing. They are online on WhatsApp but don't even bother to read your messages. You pay interest for each day so why am I charged if the money is not in my account. This is not professional at all. saw an advert for loan application I sent an enquiry after a while they sent an email saying they are busy processing they will send a Debi check of R250 I must approve they won't debit I never received the loan and nothing happened further no mails no nothing. Now I woke up to see the funds was debited from my account. I tried phoning the number that was showing it was not available. How many people do they scam the R250 it's so disappointing really. Please people don't apply here for a loan, they just steal your money and you have no way to get it back

My husband is renting a car from why buy cars, this is now the second month that he is renting from them. I received a mail that the car must go for inspection and then he can make a payment there. He then notified them and told them he have a lift at work and will not be ablw to bring the car after 12 but he can make the payment via eft and bring the car late or the next day. They said no problem then you can pay the car. On arrival the next day we paid extra and paid R5000 with card. Sat. I saw that a debit went off from my account it was taken by webuy cars woodford. I have mailed, called all the numbers. My other debit orders was unable to go off because of this. It is now monday after 12 and still not one call mail nothing from them. I would like to know how they can just take money out of my account. I have not signed a contract with them, nowhere did I give permission for them to take any money out of my account. Tonight my other debits is going to go off again. I pay extra because there is no funds in my account. A guy at the cape town airport provided my husband with a number on whatsapp, he have send his id, proof of the debit order and he told them that it is not even his account that they have debited but still they took the money. What must I do regarding this matter? Who is going to pay the extra bank fees that they are costing me now and how long must i wait for my money that they took out of my account without my permission?
Naedo tracked do hotspotter MS-61401895-2 So I have mailed absa more then once regarding this debit that they keep allowing to go off from my account. Mailed them regarding my statements that I am unable to open, mailed them to ask why my bank fees is this high, mailed to close account and nothing. They keep aending a response a consultant will get back to me but nothing. I dont have time everyday to go and stand in the bank to sort out stuff that is not even supose to be on my account in the first place. Why do they offer mail service if you cant use if? I have mailed them again today and asked to close my account for a second time. The service from them is not worth half the fees that you must pay. If I can rate the service I have received from them it will be - because 1 is still better then what I get from them.
