Getting a cold call from MTN wanting to sell me another package and then getting cheeky when I say no. I wish these cold callers would stop.

Online Ordering is a MESS
Once again hugely disappointed with Leroy Merlin Online. I checked stock availability of board, only one branch had ample stock, i purchased Board OSB3 Pine 11mm thick-2440x1220mm, paid. Went to collect, only to find out the Fourways branch did not have stock when the driver arrived. This is the second time it has happened to me with regard to NO STOCK at branches VS STOCK AVAILABLE ONLINE. What a Mess and waste of time. LEROY MERLIN Terrible service... SORT IT OUT

Dr-Doctor unethical soliciting.
Totally unethical soliciting of business. A random phone call tells you to dial one to win... I don't usually but considered it harmless. This response ties you into a R5/day deal.

PASSING OFF 1.6mm tubing as 2.0mm
This is an ongoing issue. My online order went through smoothly, I paid. UNTIL... I did not receive my order after 10 days. I called was told there was no stock, even though the online stock showed 'available'. They told me stock would be sent once they had which most likely will be next year! Imagine my suprise when they called today 3 December to say my delivery was on its way. It came. I checked the stock and it was not what I ordered. I ORDERED 2mm STEEL TUBES & RECTANGLE TUBES.. I borrowed a caliper. WHICH READS 1.6mm THIS IS DISGUSTING, SELLING 1.6mm steel tubes as 2.0mm and actually warrants a consumer investigation. PS - Leroy Merlin, I have the caliper readings if you want.

BAD ONLINE EXPERIENCE. INCORRECT STOCK QUANTITY
This is a complaint regarding my order #000043233 - 69712. The order was placed on WED 11 NOV ONLINE, with Stock indication *9 AVAILABLE for Steel Square tube 76x76x2. I placed the order expecting delivery. On FRIDAY 20 NOV, I called, the operator ALIMA said there was NO stock, and would be contacted later. AN HOUR LATER, I called back and spoke to a BRENTON (Ref: 45710), who informed me they were still trying to see about stock. I complained. Later on I got call from NOMA MBATHA, saying that she was responsible for updating online stock quantities, and apologized, saying delivery would be free when they do get stock ONLY NEXT YEAR!!!. HOWEVER this still does not help me, I have had to delay my building project indefinitely. This is not the level of service I expect from Leroy Merlin.
