After my accident Autolab Menlyn had to fix it. They discovered a modification to the car and stopped working. The dealer then provided the fan and nothing was done to my aircon and one mudguard is still not fixed. This 352 days after the incident. For over 300 days they did not have a replacement car to finish the job. I still have the loose muguard and had to fix my aircon myself after my insurance have paid them to fix everything related to the accident. Companies like this should not be allowed to do business. They don't care for one minute about their client. They, the dealership and the insurer with Avis refuse to communicate. I tried to get this to happen with well over 100 e-mails and calls. Avoid this business. You cannot trust their ********* treatment of clients!
Please take note! This dealership has no service and treat clients like lower class citizens. Forcing a client out on the road without a fan, admitting that they wil not allow this if it was their family, not completing the service eating out the aircon regards and then speaking to you as client as if you are a lower class citizen. I had to redo the service at Westvaal Fourways and the service there was as if from heaven. Avoid Mr. Morey in ALL your dealings. He works through the workings of Satan. NEVER support the Menlyn branch. They are an embarrassment to the Williams Hunt brand.
I was sold a second hand vehcile where V-belt modifications have been made as a new car. This was discovered by the panelbeater. Since then the car went in for a service and a brand new car going in for its first service should not take ten days. Check what you buy from this dealership, their after service is shocking and totally questionable.
Corli van der Westhuizen, an apparent service consultant at BMW has as her aim to single handedly destroy the BMW brand. Upon dropping off my car on BMW's recommendation after a Saturday service 10 days before I had to explain why I was there. She knew NOTHING. No care about the inconvenience to the client and no care about who hears her ranting and raving. I asked if they can check the keybattery and there she went - I was told that she would keep my car overnight if they have to order parts. Then she was concerned about my safety but phoning the Monday after the service BMW was not concerned at all by giving me a service time 10 days latet!!! Shocking appointment BMW!!!
