When you buying the property everything is smooth sailing but a refund (of 20k) after selling your house takes forever. If I could give negative stars I would. You don't get to speak to the Trustees of the group after selling your house, the highest form of communication you get is from the portfolio manager who is extremely inefficient in delivering adequate information regarding a refund from the De Lucia group. Uneccessary back and forth communication could be avoided if Tracy Van Dyk (portfolio manager) and Melissa Uekermann get proper and relevant information from Trustees and communicate it properly instead of have a customer try and decifer information on their own. Absolutely embarrassing for an established company. People working for De Lucia clearly need more training on communication. Please organize an interpersonal skills class or workshop for your employees.

ONLY THE FARRARMERE BRANCH HAS PATHETIC CSUTOMER SERVICE UNLIKE ANY OTHER BRANCH IVE BEEN TO. I know very well what a 10cc syringe looks like, and I know you have to get 4ml of vit c and 10ml of glutathione for a skin drip but when I asked rifilwe how much glutathione she gave me she said it was 10ml but it looked like only half a 10cc syringe. Not going back to this branch again. THE OWNER, LYNDEL, GAVE ME A NEGATIVE RESPONSE AS IF I WAS LYING WHEN SHE DOESNT EVEN HAVE CAMERAS IN HER STORE UNLIKE ANY OF THE OTHER BRANCHES TO SEE HER WORKERS LIE TO CUSTOMERS. Pathetic pharmacy. Does not stock Lantus insulin (As per charles in (Farrarmere Benoni branch). Charles told me that he will have to order an entire box as they don't keep lantus in the pharmacy as not many customers use it. I asked him how long it takes for to expire he said "5 years." So I went on to ask him if he won't get a customer using lantus in 5 years, he again said "no". I'm amazed as my gran visits often and I never had a problem before BUT I WILL NEVER TAKE HER TO CLICKS FOR HER MEDICATION AGAIN! WENT TO DISCHEM AND EXPERIENCED WAY BETTER SERVICE!
