Big upss to the crazy store in Muizenberg, i experienced wonderfull service from them the two ladies at the till point went above and beyond to assist me with what i was looking for inflating of pools. Keep up the good work ladies.
This company is a ***** and business is not alligned with values. Full of lies and deceipt not to talk about service level a hell of a dump. After bad review i have been contacted non stop to have it removed on condition a complimentary night will be foreseen. To date i am still waiting, a link was sent whereby i need to pay for a agreed complimentary night. Avoid this business at all cost. A cleaning fee is charged only to see ******s, dirty fridge and towels accross. They have no service ettiquete i have never seen a business this low. They claim that they're phone were lost, wow. I will not be stopping at this, one of many reviews to come. I appeal to everyone to avoid this business at all cost.
Big ups to Debonairs staff in wynberg,from the moment I walked in the cashier greeted me with a smile and friendsly service.My engagement with them was top notch.💯💯💯💯 I left the store and forgot my bank card,which requires no pin. While driving I Received numerous calls which I was unable to answer not knowing I forgot my card. Upon reaching home I realised that I misplaced my card and was on the verge of blocking it .Another call was received from the manager whom once again reached out and I eventually answered. I am so happy with they're service and honesty. I cannot thank them enough. I wish to pass on my compliments to the team they are pure superstars keep up the good work ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Team Debonairs wynberg Thank you so much Job well done. Thank you for being competent
I believe i had the worst service so far as i went to capitec bank in vangate mall during lock down as i had lost my gold card ,I then blocked it instantly and went to make a new card stood in the line as it was full for nearly 3hours. i then payed for new card thinking Everything is fine only to find out when trying to register on Netflix and order online that on my card i have no bank card number no expiry date and cvv number as i had compared my card with other capitec black card users. Upon going back to bank they then advised that if i want those details on my card ii will have to pay once again and make a new card. Money doesnt grow on trees really disgusted with service received feel like closing my account and starting elsewhere as this is not the capitec i know
