Receiving fraudulent SMS’s from an MTN number. Wanted to report it to MTN as a service to them and other people obviously impacted by this. Was sent from one department to another with no customer service agent interested investigating the validity of my claims.
My father paid the deposit (R400 odd) for gas bottle. Used the gas and on me returning the bottle to get deposit back was told they will only reimburse me R200 because I didn’t keep the cash slip. Bottle still has plastic cover on I received it in. No damage whatsoever. Called Easigas main distributors to ask an explanation. Lady dealing with me was dismissive bordering on rude with a truly sad explanation for taking R200 from a client. Old bottles, stolen bottled, new bottles… Taking customers money due to bad admin. This is stealing…we were never told to keep the receipt by vendors. Would love to get Easigas to comment on this. No email available on their website.
Appalling service from HiFi Corp in store as iwell as online. In store agents told me to come in to pay for items to order from storehouse, when I did I wasn't allowed because it was an online special. Ordered and paid online and received an email saying they have no more stock and I will be refunded. Still waiting... How can service like this be allowed by management?
