Four days now I don’t have water, for their convenience the closed the case and reported that the work have been done, when nothing was done had to open another case with a different number yet again, made more than 10 calls keep saying we will escalate nonsense
I am frustrated with the incompetence of Telkom and I should take necessary steps to sue them for the breach of contract. Telkom has suspended our account because apparently it has not been paid for this the account is in arrears, yet they have been deducting up until 25 February 2021. When calling them they seem to not know the error told us to send stuff showing the deduction of the bank statement which was done still no success, today went to the store and the lady had the nerve to say we must pay the outstanding amount and email it through regardless of the fact that we told her that they have never missed a debit. Really really disappointing service.
After days trying to get hold of the municipality’s water section, to fix a leaking water pipe on our driveway, I finally got through and the plumbers were dispatched promptly. The plumbers fixed the pipe but when they were done they left the place really really untidy. They removed the tar and when they were done they covered the area with stones and cement which is now just causing dust and causing cars to skid
