False Bay TVET College Muizenberg
I would like to commend False Bay College in Muizenberg and also thank my many lecturers who taught me from Feb 2021 to around Jul 2022 Tourism N4 - N6 Tourism ND. I would like to specifically sing the praises of my Travel Services lecturer Mr. N. Mbatyazwa who was my strictest lecturer, but who possessed in him a spirit of excellence and consistency and a love of giving lots of homework. His subject was my favourite subject. Also thanks to my communications lecturer, Mrs Gillian Thomas, Mrs Nadia Kannemeyer and the kindest administration assistant, Pamela Vermeulen. What a great institution.

New Telkom shop that does not want to work.
Telkom Zevenwacht that was recently opened , did not open their store today as customers complained that they were sent away to return to the store at 12h00. Their trading hours are 0900 to 20: 00. Today is Tuesday 21 December. Staff have kept lights off and doors locked and are not assisting clients. Very disgusted at the fact that seemingly staff have festive spirit and do not want to work.

MRSHOPPER.co.za scammers
This place has no customer service, doesn't care about their reputation and has a so called 24/7 number where you will be taken for a ride , because when you finally get to the front of the queue, you will be told that the person at extension *** is not available and you have to leave a voice message. Nobody will get back to you. After 100 times of calling, you will get the same result. No actual human contact. Emails do not get responded to. Once you have purchased something and they have your money, you will be ignored like a plague. No accountability, integrity and for sure no service. Skelms.

MR NOT SO Smartshopper SA
Imaginary 24/7 helpdesk going through to sweet nowhere. Automated system takes you for a virtual ride. After queuing, the only place you'll end up is on voicemail. Leave a message and nobody returns your call. Not even poor service, just no service at all.
