I have been trying to sort out a cancelled account with Afrihost since 09/05/2023. They have now doubled an outstanding amount and I receive emails daily regarding this amount yet they never pick up the phone and call? I have multiple emails, whatsapp messages yet I cannot get 1 consultant to call me? Am I the only person with issues and problems of no/poor service from Afrihost? They decided to cancel my service no they want to charge me for 2 months?
Bad Bad service from Afrihost and Vuma. And sadly, I see below that they do not acknowledge any of the complaints. I "cancelled" my service - but funny thing I never cancelled, just asked for the unit to be moved to a different house, which they did but now, nothing works. Been trying to get my internet up and running since 02/05/2023, I've spoken to so many different advisors... and still no internet, but they expect me to pay for the service?
Bad bad service. Wish i never moved to dotsure!!! Claim still not resolved after 3 weeks. No care for customer panic and stress.
I was shocked to silence when they quoted me on my car and house to silence, the operator asked me if I was ok and if I understood what he was telling me lol. For someone who supported the same insurance company for almost 15 years your guys really gave me the BEST price. Thank you for saving me some cash!! Happy Customer
Trying to get assistance regarding a change of ownership on an old decoder - to be added to my current DSTV account. Been emailing the same paperwork from the 1st of July, only feedback I receive is people are not working due to COVID.. yet we are all still working be it from home or rotating at offices. SHOCKING SERVICE!!! I've been a loyal DSTV customer for over 15 years ...VERY AMUSING as they give thanks with supposed loyalty gift draws and and LOL ... never won anything but my debit order is deducted efficiently ... please .. NETFLIX HERE WE GO. Thank you for nothing DSTV - how long will it take to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
My husbands Ford Ranger had to go for its 40 000km service. Let me just say that I have no words to actually express my disgust towards the Branch Manager. My husband is currently on site in Pofadder and left the vehicle in JHB to be serviced after numerous complaints regarding the two front wheels. This vehicle has given us so many issues and I'm sad to say that I wish he stayed with Toyota. Anyway I don't have all the info regarding the phone calls and emails to the Service Manager who apparently has never spoken to my husband regarding the issues on the Bakkie? After the service I went to collect the Bakkie, the service agent Cindy was kind but had no authority to assist with the issues and I was told the Branch Manager has made a decision and his say is final. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, he never spoke to myself or my husband so he did not even take the time to listen to the problem. Customer Service - non existing - very disappointed Ford customer!!! Just wanted to say thank you for not taking the time to help us .... Great work!!
Had an accident in the parking area by the Woolworths entrance. I never go to Eastgate Mall but had an appointment. None of the parking from the entrance is well marked so I drove into/onto a pavement, my wheel and rim got damaged my bumper cracked and best of all the security tells me that I'm not the first person this has happened to. I have email them since the accident and no reply. Thank you for the R13000 damage and excess that I have to pay and not even a simple response
