Movepack your service is really bad as I used you guys in the 2/10/2025 and the glass on my TV got shattered into pieces as it was not bubbled wrapped I logged an email and several messages on your WhatsApp line despite speaking to Sean who was very unprofessional when I spoke to him I have not heard from you.Nobody got back to me even to acknowledge that the complaint is being investigated.I have sent supporting evidence from inside clearly showing that there was nothing wrong with it when remove from my unit also sent a video and pictures.The service is terrible I am living in hope that I will get a response from this!!!!!
It is with great disappointment and frustration that have lead me to this part in the hope that my tax returns with SARS will be resolved. It’s taken legal and tax 12 months to try and resolve my returns with SARS despite me supplying then with the relevant information. My journey started with legal and tax early September 2024 with a consultan named Ayanda who since left the organisation and my case was then handed over to Warrick McCabe in the same month (September 2024)replacing Ayanda.It has been nothing short of a nightmare firstly the right hand does not know what the left is doing resulting me in having to send documents over and over again,since I am currently on disability this has taken a toll on my health.After receiving confirmation that my back dated returns have been sorted out I received notification from SARS that there is a refund pending penalties since two years are still outstanding.He than tried getting rid of me after a year have passed by telling me I have to pay for backdated taxes which I informed him that I have paid before the process was started.He than apologised and back on the case but to date despite complaints to Legal and Tax my issues remains unresolved.I took it a step further since I am a disability claimant my employer details with SARS and forward me the relevant certificates to proof that they have been filling so no penalty should apply Warrick had to just go and have a look on the SARS website and if the certificates was not uploaded he had to upload. Warrick than tried again to get rid of my by asking of he should make an appointment for me with SARS.The clearly illustrates the incompetence of legal and tax in dealing with a service they provide and should be equipped to do. Firstly I pay my premium every month on time in addition to that I had to pay for the back dated which I did on the same day they request the money.Legal and tax you are failing in providing a service in your core area.I have never experienced such incompetence I am hoping that my issue will be resolved in the next 48hrs failure to do so will leave me no option to escalate to the Ombudsman as complaints to your company is not effective. Legal and tax please do better we are paying for a service
The service is BAD been waiting for over two months to get my request sorted. I have exhausted all avenues. My intial request was an email then escalated on the NMG website as a complaint no response.I tried calling a number of times but waiting time of 30 minutes and then get cut off. It is beyond my comprehension that only one line is offered during such a hectic period. I am staff so can only imagine what the clients are faced with.NMG wake up and smell the coffee the service is pathetic I am hoping that this will prompt me getting a response.Emerald van Wyk(0769081432)

First and foremost, it is utterly unacceptable that Legal and Tax's hospital plan fails to provide coverage for individuals hospitalized for mental health reasons. Mental health is just as vital as physical health, yet this policy blatantly discriminates against those seeking necessary treatment for psychiatric conditions. By excluding payouts for mental health-related hospitalizations, Legal and Tax effectively perpetuates stigma and denies essential care to a vulnerable population. Furthermore, my personal encounter with the plan's limitations only exacerbates my disillusionment. Despite being hospitalized for a legitimate medical condition for a duration of 24 hours, I was denied reimbur*****t simply because I did not meet the arbitrary 48-hour threshold set by the policy. This rigid requirement overlooks the reality of medical emergencies, where the severity of a condition cannot always be neatly confined within predetermined timeframes. In essence, Legal and Tax's hospital plan falls far short of its promises and fails to deliver the peace of mind and financial protection it purports to offer. Its exclusionary stance on mental health coverage is not only regressive but also harmful, perpetuating the marginalization of individuals with psychiatric illnesses. Additionally, the arbitrary criteria for reimbur*****t demonstrate a lack of empathy and understanding of real-world medical emergencies. I cannot in good conscience recommend Legal and Tax's hospital plan to anyone seeking comprehensive and compassionate coverage. Instead, I urge potential customers to explore alternative options that prioritize inclusivity, flexibility, and genuine support for all aspects of health and well-being. It's time for Legal and Tax to reassess its policies and prioritize the needs of its customers over profit margins.

Your turn around times are quick and requirements are clearly stipulated up front so that the claim does not get delayed. On the 29th of September 2020 I got the news that I am cancer free. I received a Pick n Pay voucher from you just to spoil myself. You are an amazing organisation! Thank you for being a part of my journey and making a difference.
