It's been the worst experience ever. Technicians don't respect your home. They use double sided tape to attach boxes. They *****ed up my newly painted wall. I was without internet for two weeks.
I have ordered from them a few times, I've had an issue with the third part shipping, and they sorted it out quickly. Really liked working with them. They could do with a direct number on the website.
Worst courier by FAR. They said they tried to deliver the package. Tried calling. But when I called the HQ the package had never been dispatced. The telephone numbers don't work. Employees are rude. Work with someone else.
Useless I tried buying a few cars over the past year. Everytime I load a query - I get no response or help until I receive an email from noreply@email, saying the car has been sold. Literally months MONTHS after logging the querie. By far the worst pre-sales service of any company. At least they keep my expectations so low, that nothing they do can surprise me.
Useless. Now all of a sudden we have to stand in queues to use our membership. They increased their monthly membership amount, but due to queues and work I haven't been able to visit the gym once. You can't expect people to stand outside in the sun or the cold weather for 40 minutes, without having a plan. It's absolutely horrendous. Also... No sales person has been able to hive me feedback or propose a solution. Pathetic. I'm waiting for a response so that I can cancel my membership and join another gym.
Excellent customer service. Friendly replies. Amazing products. What happened, is, that one of the milk bottles had turned and a small hole was punctured during shipment of the product. I told the team about it, not as a complaint, rather a "FYI" - 4 days later. My whole order resent. Unbelievable customer service.
I tried reporting fraud on my number. It is easier to get Jacob Zuma to to pronounce 1,252,566 than it is to work with Vodacom. I would rather chip out each one of my teeth individually, than have to try and work with Vodacom customers "care". Probably the most unpleasant experience I have ever had.
