I don't even think you deserve that one star. I have been waiting for a Parcel from Lelive that I ordered on the 25th of November 2023. Every day I receive a message saying "my order has been scanned out for delivery" . this has been happening since the 1st of December and it doesn't get delivered. Miraculously after I have complained to Lelive , they finally phoned me not to deliver the parcel but to reschedule for a delivery claiming they couldn't get hold of me, mean while its the 1st time they contacted me today (6th of December 2023.). Your service is PATHETHIC. I would not recommend NightWinG any time ,. even you Lelive should consider getting another courier service this not good for your business . usually parcels take 2- 3 days its been 8 days Pathetic!!!!
I'm very disappointed with Alexander Forbes in how long it takes them to process claims. It's been 10 moths since my husband passed away and still Alexander Forbes has not processed his pension fund. In two months time it will be a year ever since standard bank has submitted documents to Alexander Forbes. It's incompetentance at its level best, why do you need the whole year to figure out who should receive the money? I have to constantly write to them, if you dont they also dont do anything. Its clear Alexander Forbes does not care about families and those left behind. Imagine if the deceased was the bread winner how are the families and kids supposed to survive its pathetic. To think I wanted to invest with them....I would not recommend them at all. My kids and I are suffering, I have to constantly make arrangements just to make ends meet. Alexander Forbes does not have their customers interest at heart.
My husband bought me a phone in May 2020 on contract, the phone started having battery issues in November, we took the phone in @ Vodacom repairs fourways mall, the consultant promised we would have our phone back in 3-7 days because it was still under warranty. Two days later my husband received an sms from Vodacom saying we must pay R6000 to initiate the warranty, otherwise they are not repairing the phone because it has a small crack on the side. The phone has been working well with that crack and you can clearly see the battery is the issue because it was swollen on the back to the point that the phone is coming apart. Now the the consultant says we must pay R1200 to fix the battery because we don't have R6000 to repair the screen. Mind you this contract is for 36 months and it's only been 6 months since I have had the phone. Can Vodacom and Samsung explain , are you saying we must pay for a device that's not working for the next 30 months and the warranty is not applicable because of a small chip on the corner, this is daylight robbery. You selling us mediocre devices and expect us to pay exorbitant money all in the name of "contract" this bullish must come to an end.
