I would like to rate Outsurance 10/10 I went to the dealer to buy a Car via finance while my application was on review I did a quotation cause I had the car details. The next day I was called to fetch the car however with a insurance cover. While on the way to the dealer which is 10km away I called Outsurance and we concluded the deal. 10min later Insurance Certificate email sent to the sales man and my self Tracker installation appointment also done all in 10min. Am very impressed with them. They also quoted me R600 on my VW Polo 2013 model while am paying R1190 for years on the other Insurance company
2022 I went to Weizter in Boksburg to have my Kitchen design and installed by Weizter. They came installed I was happy December 2023 I noticed that the kitchen unit is damaged right underneath the extractor. I called them the came to check and advise its steam damage and this is also due to the bad design the kitchen is insured according to them. They kept on moving addresses in Boksburg and their number no one answers I paid over R50k for the kitchen they I have sent photos to them but no answer. Left my number and contacts but still nothing. They should email me brendonradebe@gmail.com.
I am very disappointed in Cartrack service I have been with them for more than 36month and now they fail to extend my contract while they still debit my account. They know that it is a requirement from the insurance to have the cover that pays when something happens to my car however their agents keep on saying they will call me back and that never happens. Such a bad service from Cartrack. They need to call me ASAP or else am canceling their service and reversing the debits. 0728887035
I bought 2x basin Taps on the 21 June 2022 online at Deal Hub. Both taps are supposed to come with 2x flexible connectors. I only received 1tap without flexible connectors the one tap was delivered cause I complained on Hello Peter. I sent pictures of the tap that it came without connectors and I contacted by Mpho Molatlhwa who made promises to deliver the second tap and refund the money of the connectors. Till today no communication from him. I want a refund of the second tap and connectors such a bad service from them. People should not buy anything from Deal Hub I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

I would like to thank Zelda for a excellent service. I bought couches at Clearance warehouse in Boksburg I was looking for a Grey Kenner couches 2x 3seater and a 2seater. They got delivered however they were not Gey. Called customer care to complain Zelda answered my call we exchanged numbers I shared pictures of the wrong color, she went on the website and looked for a gre that I wanted and promised me that it will be delivered and that happened and the other color was collected when my colour was delivered. Clarence warehouse Africa needs people like Zelda she was so kind and kept her promise and sympathized with me when no one did. She's a valuable asset to Clearance warehouse Africa I hope she's noticed and she does share her skills with other Agent that kept on dropping my calls. On Monday 02/08/2021 morning there was electricity outage in my area Geluksdal Ext2 but it come back around 1pm however in my house it never came back the meter shows the units and shows something like a disconnected switch with a sad emoji. I called Ekurhuleni call center to log a call and was giving a reference number CM202108020768. And was told a Technician will be coming I waited till 10pm am still waiting for them I kept on calling the call center yesterday on this number 0860543000 spoke to different people they all saying they will allocate to the Technicians. My food has melted on the fridge can't use warm water to bath or eat warm food my uncle is over 70 years and his sick. I am heart broken went to Brakpan Ekurhuleni offices in the Energy department to report the matter this morning still nothing I was told before 12 midday the Technician will be here nothing. What a poor service from our own people who work as Technicians in Ekurhuleni this is the second time this happened it happened in June and I spent 4days and it was cold without Electricity. Government employees should be put under performance review cause really they are not serving people at all.
I would like to express my gratitude to a great service from Ntokozo Sibeko. He is a great asset to Miway insurance his service was on point. Thank you so much
