I have renewed my license through the site on 23/06/2025. They couriered a letter stating license can not be sent to me due to another vehicle being unlicensed. Then I renewed the other vehicle's license and they sent it to me without a problem. Reason for my complaint: Is that I after getting the letter from eNatis for the vehicle, i have been sending them emails for the last month start 2025/07/02 with this response from them the whole time Good Day I hope all is well Kindly be advised that you can collect your license disc at our new address or send a courier to collect on your behalf. Please be advised of the below documents required to collect the vehicles license disc *Certified ID copy *Vehicles information (license number register number )on your ID copy *Department to ask for is OMVL *Working hours are from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday *Address: Centurion Gate Business Park,146 Akkerboom Street ,Zwartkop,Centurion,0157 We are staying in Hendrina so it's not possible to go to Centurion so I've asked them to arrange with the courier company and we will pay them. But no reaction from them. Now I have requested a full refund but still nothing. Very poor customer service Hoping this review will get some attention and that i can get my issue sorted.
I had a bad experience with pam Golding regarding my deposit, I gave given a month's notice in advance to let them no that I am moving out, the house that I rented from them was left in good condition, due to a reducioulis water bill, they refused to give back my deposit of R7600 unhappy client.
Since 9 January 2025 we have decided to use them to move from Limpopo to Mpumalanga on 5th February 2025 communication was not very good. I have called and sent messages for confirmation of the date but no answer. On 20 January we paid the deposit and still no date. Today 4 February we have paid the full amount outstanding. Still no feedback on confirmation of the date??? HUGE COMMUNICATION PROBLEM🤯🤯I have phoned them several times today but still no feedback and the amount we have paid for this service is not small. Hoope to get any feedback before end of the day. Very unsatisfied customer
They are ****mers. I have paid a fee and now I must pay more money to get my money. I have asked them to cancel my application and refund me my money back but they say I must make a plan to get the money to pay and then I will get my money. After I have told them that I am going to report them they ignore my messages

Hellopeter I saw a black friday special on a site on instagram for a ps 4 console. The site was Gadget World Electronics. On 25/11/2020 I bought it online and as soon as I paid R5143.00 they said that my order #VR3H1 will be here the next day. It was hard earned money that I paid and it was supposed to be a xmas present for my boys. Now they will have nothing unless I can get a refund. Hope you can assist me in this matter. Thank you
