What a pleasant surprise I had at Game Key West Krugersdorp. They definately keep to their 21 day refund policy, if the item is not repaired and ready for collection within that period. I sent my computer in and on the 21st day it was not at store for collection. Moira Ndlovu was very helpful and refunded me without any fuss. Thank you for keeping to your 21 day refund policy
I upgraded my data sim with MTN Black Friday ONLINE deal of 100gb. But when my router was delivered I noticed that REWARDSCO, the company that MTN uses to outsource upgrades and cancellations - had erroneously upgraded my phone sim instead of my data sim. I have been trying to cancel this deal due to their error for 11 days. Some statistics...... ■11 EMAILS sent to MTN complaints department. MTN outsource cancellations to REWARDSCO Mondo ■23 PHONE CALLS made.... 13 calls were made on chargeable numbers ■4 HOURS 41.SECONDS spent on actual calls . 123 minutes were on chargeable calls made to REWARDSCO ■A PHYSICAL TRIP to MTN Krugersdorp Store to drop off router at shop, which was done 7 days ago. This was an error made by REWARDSCO (I realise we all can make mistakes) but it is in how we deal with correcting mistakes that matters. One would expect: ■1. Immediate and prompt attention given to correcting error by cancelling this erroneous contract immediately. ■2. Reimbur*****t for expenses incurred due to RewardsCo error. Yet this erroneous contract is to date still NOT cancelled.
