Good day, since the new Aarto system was introduced, I received various fines for traffic infringements. One of these vehicles does not belong to me and the registration number is also unknown to me. On the other fines I was not the driver of the vehicle. I was then told about the Aarto n07 document that you complete, certify and send to the authorities. Once I registered my battle started - there is no contact detail where to send these documents to, I send it to x5 different e-mail adresses that I found on the web as well as per registered post to Halfway house. The telephone numbers display on the internet for the different areas does NOT exist or are o.o.o. They keep on sending reminders to pay these fines but I am not liable for these fines. Once you pay a fine you actually acknowledge guilt, and all I want to do is to transfer these fines to the persons that was in charge of the vehicles.
No response from Suzuki on the customer care line, e-mail or on-line complaints. My Jimny is due for the 45000km service. Booked 3 weeks ago and took the vehicle to Klerksdorp Suzuki. On arrival they send us home due to no parts available - 125km travelled and a day off work. Informed me that I will be contacted once the parts arrive. 2 weeks later I contacted them requesting when the service will be done, got an appointment for today. Also received a reminder via SMS regarding the service. Received a call this morning to confirm if the Jimny will come for the service, I acknowledged that my wife is on her way. I then received a call from my wife informing me that the parts are not there for the service and only a partial service can be done - to change the sparkplugs, once the filters etc arrives they will call me to bring the Jimny in again. POOR service and CUSTOMER relations Suzuki?????????
Below my experience with an on-line upgrade where the courier delivery vehicle was hi-jacked before I could take delivery of the phone. Desperately seeking assistance from MTN - but very poor results and feedback. It is impossible to speak to any person as the call centers divert you from one operator to another. To date I have spend 5 hours to try and get assistance. To understand the mail below, start reading from the bottom upwards as this is the e-mails that was send. MTN I have not received any feedback? My phone is broken and I need to complete my upgrade. The communication via the e-mails is not resolving my issue, please send me a name and contact person that I can speak to as your help desk is unable to process my attempts to contact you. I keep on receiving mails that the issue has been re-directed to another department – do you really know what is going on and how to resolve this matter?
