WORST experience EVER. Today 2 months ago my son had a car accident. After UMPTEEN calls to about 13 Miway customer "care" personnel, the car has still not been repaired. He uses his car for work. He hasn't been able to work for 2 months. We are desperate to get help to escalate this but day after day NOTHING happens.
I have been conned by DSTV offer to sign up a 24 month Explora Ultra contract, on the promise that it includes SHOWMAX subscription as standard to the package. It is impossible to activate either by call centre; by installer or on the selfservice App. The installer tells me that no-one is able to connect. So- DSTV is de*****ing all new subscribers. Beware of those unsolicited sales calls from DSTV It probably does not have rights to Showmax. The activate Showmax button on the App is clearly a ****.
Really bad feeling about this "business". Email informing me about having to fill in ALL my personal details for a chance to view a rental property BEFORE I may view it. Is there even a property?
So angry. Ordered 3 boardshorts. Sizes TOTALLY ****eyed and now I HAVE TO PAY to return the parcel and getting absolute radio silence about the working hours of their warehouse.
