Hi all, I’ve ordered and paid 2 items from this company and have not received my items yet, it’s been held by customs and then send to the state warehouse and since then only receive correspondence of them finding out from their shipping department then arranging re delivery but not really then their investigating where the parcel is and asking their customer to be patience and still haven’t received my parcel, it’s been almost 3 months and still haven’t received my items nor received a refund which is ridiculous…I’ve been patient for almost 3 months and don’t ask much only to receive my parcel which I paid for.
Ordered and paid my order Nov ‘23 and still waiting to receive my order, it was received at customs where I send through all the relevant documents and as the customer then had to communicate wit the courier company daily seeing that they give no feedback from their side, then my parcel was send to the state warehouse after they assured me they have all the relevant documents and info, I then emailed the supplier Geniocase and was communicating back and forth with the last communication saying they are investigating what happened to my parcel even though the customs said when a parcel is sent to the state warehouse you will not receive it back, it’s been almost 3 months and think it should be resolved with much more urgency, I only want the items that I’ve ordered and already paid for…
Really disappointed! I’ve placed an order on www.giftpopular.com on the 6th August 2022 and still waiting, haven’t received my parcel yet and it’s the 13th September already…
Hi there, I’m writing this review with a heavy heart seeing that I love their food and the atmosphere is so Awësömë but we ordered food over the weekend and was it so disappointing to receive as we call it "box chips" cause that’s what it taste like "carton box" which I don’t expect from a restaurant at all, the meals are expensive and don’t mind paying it but then expect freshly made chips amongst other things, it’s a restaurant and should have standards…
Terrible service is an understatement, the customer does them a favour to order a item with them and the customer should be honoured that they received the item after been put on a waiting list for 8-10 weeks, this is terrible to say the least, they don’t update you every week and then on top of that you can’t reach them directly to follow up and then they tell you they can’t give you a estimate on when you will receive the item after "ten weeks" and "then" they also send you an sms that due to the fluctuating exchange rate they can’t confirm the pricing will stay the same by the time your iPhone arrives with inconvenience the customer who don’t have a "choice" but to wait because the customer should be honoured that they eventually receive a phone…:(
Truworths replied on my previous review that they are in accordance with all relevant legislation and guidelines issued by Government. Also they say that all customers need to wear a mask covering their mouth and nose. I was wearing a visor mask covering my nose and mouth. Government regulations state the following: "(1). The wearing of - a) a cloth mask; b) a homemade item; or c) another appropriate item, That covers the nose and mouth, is mandatory for every person when in a public place. A visor mask does cover your mouth and nose and is another appropriate item in my opinion. I am really not satisfied, no customer wearing a appropriate mask and not being able to enter a shop will feel like a valued customer.
Wimpy Kolonnade ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to give full stars for wimpy kolonnade being professional and putting their customers comfort and needs before all else. We ordered from a delivery company and the shortly after decided to close our store earlier which mend we then rather went to Wimpy directly and sat down to have our meal instead. We had no contact details for the delivery company and no way of contacting them to inform them of our plans changing being that we ordered from a app and seeing that we paid for delivery already did not think it would be a problem, but the delivery company pitched up and Wimpy explained the situation but the delivery companies driver then came over to our table making a uncomfortable scene wanting from us to explain and then him not knowing what to do asking more questions ext. it was a nightmare and very uncomfortable. But Wimpy kolonnade’s Managed then came over asking him to leave and explaining to him that we’ve paid delivery and that there should not be any issues regarding this delivery. We’re thankful and just would like to thank Wimpy and their Management and staff for making our dining experience a really good one.
To whom it may concern: Customer name: Mrs J van van Vyver I’ve tried to visit your stores in Menlyn mall as well as Kolonnade And was told I wasn’t allowed because I was warring a visor face mask (Covering my mouth and nose) but not warring a cloth mask. The manager “Elizabeth" at Kolonnade then told me I must first buy a cloth mask from their store before they can assist me. This to me is unexceptable, I’m a good customer of Truworths for more than 15 years and being told I’m not allowed in your store. I was handled very poorly, I asked to call customer care from the store to enquirer about the requirements but was told I couldn’t that I’m not allowed in the store, I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally. Please could someone come back to me on if this is handled correctly And also why face mask are allowed by all the other shop but not by Truworths stores. Sincerely Mrs J van der Vyver.
