That would be a minus 1000 reason is they keep sending me every friday that i need to pay an account that has been paid in full and if you try to call them they dont know how a phone works.. Thats just another reason why the experience hi call volumes all the time.... but then again they maybe need to fit in south africa
Useless...16 september 2028 i order fibre but cancel it before they can deliver the router..then they want me to apply again for for fibre then they can release the line..( make no sense) so that same time i canceled one of my contracts and then they block all my line due to no payment!!!!!so i canceled the other 3 aswell no they holding me to port to another isp.. so if any one wondered why ( its gov. Thats why nothing can be done)
If it's possible i would give them a - 8222.46 reason is i have paid from 20 june 2023 to 1 august 2023. The first i leave my place for a week on day one there was a problem time was saturday 29 july 2023 01.36 (where you can clearly see the person.. so i needed to rent a vehicle to go back to gauteng get there (this time it was not me been ******.. on saturday the 29th i pressed the panic button nothing till now (1 august 2023. Time 19h27.. monday the 31 july 2023 i called them to cancel the alarm an they must take the transmitter witch is there property they never came... i took it out monday and called them and ask them where can i drop the tramnsmitter, they told me stop at the gate and asked me what car do i drive witch i told them in detail... ones i get there no one at TRSS even with a call again wants to help you... I will challange all of above there calls are recorded
At clicks you will not get any service but chatting and there own personal phones wil be attend to.. Standing in the line for number 124 and the only one there.. like all the other reviews on here they don't respond cause they don't care and we as people must just avoid places like this.
Kyalami corner phone fix!!!!! Stay far away they have no idea how to repair a phone.. Screen cracked and huawei can only help me next week for r600 more But needed the phone,they said they can help me and will take 20 to 30 min so the strip the phone and told me its a huawei y8p and its a p smart s so then i have to wait for saturday to get the phone that i did get.. then they told me that the fingerprint senser will not cause its in the screen.. well can life with it for a while but then day 2 and a half days later the screen just came of the the phone and the screen cable snapped and screen fell and broke again.... So i need to wait for friday.. They also fitted a screen protector on my galaxy s21 and i needed to take it of cause the screen didin't work on half of the screen phone was not even in use for 10 min. So go back and the put another one one and told me its because it lifted from the screen but again same story and the screen was solid on the screen.... Long story sort never ever use them they will cost u money and they can not gurantee anyting..
Telkom telkom.... The billing apartment don't know how to allocate a payment after i have done there job to sent them the email that i ask for from there collection department. My account was debited on 25 oct 2021 @ 21:51 and my lines been cutoff on 27 oct 2021.. i called them everyday from 27/10/21 till today 03/11/21 and did not help at all. I went to telkom @kyalami express (kyalami corner) they could not help me.... I walked to my car and open telkom app and it happens again they just add another months payment + there R202.?? For late payment... If you call and ask them how long they work for telkom,, well between 3 and 14 months so there is the problem no experiance.... I really would like to speak one of the 6 manager who said they will call me back... ( Face to face will work much better) Before taking a contract from telkom think HELL then you will know
Telkom have no idea whats going on they gave me my refrence number in january 2020 i used that number cause they just dont debit my account then you are the guilty one to pay there mistake of R202. 00. Every month since january i spent like +- 30 minutes a day up to 4 days but, (this is really ****) october 24 to november 18 everyday call to get my payment so called allocate to my account ( dont forget the cut your network quikly but once the payment has been made you wait between 24 and 48 hours. Now i know whats there problem they work ( play) without any managers there.... Reason i ask them to call me because you cant...... Nothing f... L Rather pay more than use this s@@@@ of a telkom.
