Bitconnect & Open serve went above and beyond
Only been with this ISP for two weeks now but the support and sales team are 5 star , they had my second fiber installation done in record breaking time and far quicker than I expected and I must also take my hat off to open serve for excellent ,efficient and professional setup especially when compared to vumatel open serve is far more professional

Mind The Speed best Isp Experience
Been with Mind The Speed for over a year now and when I compare them to my previous very popular ISPs they win hands down , the support is excellent and friendly , never had any downtime or lag from the line purchased , high speed fiber internet access at a very affordable price , what else can one want , seriously this is a five star isp

Vox shaping throttling, unlimited, unshaped ?I think not
Was with this Isp for two years and experienced more negatives than positives unfortunately and have moved to Rain since which in comparison makes me upset on the time wasted with such an inferior ISP , service is below par and the company has much personality as a pregnant gold fish , the tech support that they have is brilliant and deserves more credit than they get but the accounts department seems to be run in a pre school perhaps even by a part time student and really need urgent attention , the falsely advertise that fiber is unshaped and not throttled this is however a lie and I can say this with cer*****y as my new Rain package is capped and throttled and yet i get higher speeds and and better consistency than I ever did with Vox in fact so much so i was better off with an asdl line all in all I think VOX its rips off its customer and does not value them in any way
