I was also ****med by these people. The first two small orders went smoothly, but as soon as you place a larger order, they take your money and stop replying to your follow-up WhatsApps. Stay far away from this business.

Exceptional customer service
I recently contacted JJ Wapens with regards a Meopta rifle scope I bought at Wildman Bethlehem few years back, that now had a canted recticle. The customer service I received from Callie at Wildman Bethlehem and Rudolph at JJ Wapens was nothing short of exceptional. They quickly assessed my scope and made the replacement process seamless. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. I highly recommend Wildman Bethlehem and JJ Wapens Ermelo for their outstanding service and commitment to their customers.

Poor service from Fastway Couriers
Worst courier company ever. First day of delivery I waited till 11h00 and then phoned the depot and ask for the driver's number so that I can arrange with him not to deliver between 14H00 and 15H00, because something came up and I had to leave home for that hour. The driver said it would not be a problem he will deliver before 13H15. He never showed and then called me at14h15 and told me he was in front of my gate. He then wanted to give my parcel to the garden worker, I ask him please not to do it, and he became angry. Never seen or heard from him again for the rest of the day. For the next 3 days I again received the email in the morning informing me they will do the delivery through the day, I waited every day, and they just never showed or communicate with me other than the system email I receive every morning. I locked an online query, got answered in short that the delivery will be done the same day, but never happened. Still waiting for my parcel, Very poor service.

Poor sales service
Poor sales service. I emailed Bike Kings Pretoria at the email address that they provided on their online store page to confirm if they have stock of a helmet that I want to purchase from them. I received no reply so I called their sales department. I explained to the girl that I had send an email but did not receive any feedback, she took my cell number and email address and said she will check for my email and give feedback asap. No feedback was received via email or phone. I am so thankfull that I did not go ahead with the online purchase at first.

Excellent service from Shans Accessories
I found Shans Accessories on Youtube and contacted Shan. Excellent service and feedback, the parcel was shipped to me immediately after I made the payment, and a tracking number and a video of the parcel being loaded and picked up by the courier was send to me. Another great plus is that Shan can make use of The Courier Guy if you ask, who also give excellent service and prices. I received the parcel the next day. I strongly recommend this business, thanks for you great service Shan
