Worst customer experience from short term insurer, needs to stick to banking
I bought a thermostat on 6th April, installed it nd immediately seemed its not functioning properly, I've done all codes, reset it and run vehicle for less then 60 km and it overheated. I returned it as it seemed stuck in open position. Funny there were no thermostats in stock nor could one be sourced. To be send to factory and I need wait 14 days for outcome. Seems its more about stalking nd no refund or replacement of poor quality defective parts. I'm clearly no setting a foot in Goldwagen again.
Noteworthy in deed as they ******ed up my credit rating with their no idea behaviour as how to run a business, but what to expect from a SOE. They blatantly refused to listen, look into the matter, not trying to find a way forward as to admit their mistake. They still stand by their bullying tactics by lifting my debit without my consent from 1600 per month to R6700, then R8600 now to R18000 per month thus reflecting on my credit profile. I sont know how they got to this as the account was locked pending investigation. Afterwards they text as to card was dissolved. I'm still trying to reach someone with 1cent worth of sense.
Have a billing issue which had been coming on for nearly a year. Telkom has decided to debit payments twice per month not honouring debit signed. Nelected or just didn't bother to denit payments for nearly six months after I contacted the telecommunications board and since 2 weeks back removed the debit cap from my account and send debits to bank for amounts in exess of R5600 and R 8200. I'm trying to figure out is this knowing what to donor just running a Mickey mouse enterprise as its state agency and run by people oblivious of business practices. Sad state of affairs. That a major state entity are run into the ground.
