Billing issue not resolved after nearly 6 months
Have a billing issue which had been coming on for nearly a year. Telkom has decided to debit payments twice per month not honouring debit signed. Nelected or just didn't bother to denit payments for nearly six months after I contacted the telecommunications board and since 2 weeks back removed the debit cap from my account and send debits to bank for amounts in exess of R5600 and R 8200. I'm trying to figure out is this knowing what to donor just running a Mickey mouse enterprise as its state agency and run by people oblivious of business practices. Sad state of affairs. That a major state entity are run into the ground.0 replies
