2 years ago due to covid we could not fly. they gave us vouchers for 2 years now they are expired due to them being on business rescue and none operational. I lost R4000 which i dont think is fair they took my money very quickly. give me my money back .
MY INSURANCE RENTED A VEHICLE THROUGH THEM AT DROP OFF I TOLD THEM THAT E TOLL FEES ARE ILLEGAL AND CANNOT BE CHARGED. THEY CHARGING ME FOR FUEL WHEN I HAVE GIVEN THEM A CAR FILLED WITH PETROL YET THEY ADDED MORE WHEN THEY TOOK THE CAR AT THE BRANCH AFTER THEY HAVE DRIVEN IT THERE THEN SAYS I AM LIABLE FOR THAT.
We are currently insured with Rodel c/o Hollard worst service ever its 4 weeks and we still have not received auth on repair of my wifes car. We took it for a quote cut the auth by 60% for a repair on bmw 3 series- not the cheapest car to repair. refuses to give auth on where we would like my car to be authorised. assessor Craig Somo tells my wife her car is white which is not its pearl white. he never even came out to do the assessment only digital and photo cannot show the color of the car. Asked about her car hire they never added to my policy which is bs coz all our fleet has car hire. DO NOT USE RODEL OR HOLLARD AS A TRUSTED INSURANCE BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND

We were called with an offer with a laptop with data and we were stupid enough to take this. My laptop screen does not want to come on we were trying to call to get them to repair this laptop. When i spoke to the insurance Platinum for Cell c they need a serial nr. No where on this laptop is a serial nr. Secondly why would we keep the box it takes space.
I upgraded in November 2020. Since then its been a stress to do family share on my contract. When i contacted on Friday 11/12/20 complaining again i was told they will escalate and contact me urgently back.I phoned this morning and still nothing was done and my call gets cut. I have been a red vip member for a long time and this is the service i get. Pathetic
