I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from your customer service team. On 1 December, I emailed regarding two pairs of sneakers I purchased earlier this year. Both pairs have split open under the soles despite being lightly used and rotated in my corporate finance role. I requested an email address to send photos of the defects, as well as assistance retrieving my order information, since the password-reset email for my online profile is not coming through. Although I received an automatic acknowledgement, I have not received any actual follow-up or assistance. I have since followed up twice with no meaningful response. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a clear product issue. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
Be very very wary when using this moving company. From the offset the communication was absolutely terrible - Every single individual that I dealt with had terrible communication skills and no one is able to provide any information of any sorts - The whole move was like flying an aeroplane blind. Instructions were given through multiple multiple times and they still somehow managed to ***** up the initial pick up, picking up items not included in the instructions, after accepting and assuring that they are more than capable of doing the pick up. The estimated pick up and delivery dates moved 3 times and they were late on both the pick up and delivery times. They showed no respect for my personal belongings, damaging a coffee table beyond repair, poking holes through 4 month old leather couches, denting my fridge, poking holes through one of my mattresses and damaging a bed base with who knows what - WORST OF ALL I HAD PAID THOUSANDS EXTRA FOR THEM TO WRAP EVERYTHING. After submitting a complaint to the arrogant customer care email agent through a general email address I was informed that an investigation period of 30 days will follow without any updates during the course of the investigation. On day 30 I get one of the most generic replies I've ever seen in my life, informing me that they take no responsibility for any damages and that moving is risky. This company doesn't deserve any support and should in fact be avoided at all costs. Absolutely disgraceful service - Daylight *******! I will be seeking legal recourse.
I placed an order on the online store on Saturday the 12th. I get a phone call on Sunday the 13th letting me know one of the items is out of stock even though I managed to order it and pay for it. I promptly replied with my banking details as they also haven't joined us in the 21st century and couldn't process the refund to my credit card with which I made payment. I still haven't received my refund nor has my order been delivered although there is a 3-5 day delivery policy. I haven't even received a tracking number. Lackluster perfomance to say the least. Had to cancel my golf this weekend due to items not being delivered. This will be the last time I use them.
Absolute disgrace of an e-commerce store. Ordered a Samsung television on the 27th of November. The first problem came with the verification of the tv licence, no assistance from any call center or social media staff, had to send about 10 emails to different people to get this sorted. Delivery takes anything from 5 to 10 business days, which is a ridiculous timeframe in this day and age, on day 7 I started to follow up as nothing was happening to my order which I can track through the website. The age old excuse of technical difficulties made its way to the forefront. The matter was escalated and no feedback was provided in the promised 24 hour timeframe and up to this day no feedback has been provided from the escalation. I phoned them everyday for at least 5 days, with no success, and after one massive struggle I was finally told that the television was out of stock. If you onto the website now one can still buy the exact television, so they are essentially scamming people and deriving interest on money that isn't theirs. The refund process will now take 10 to 14 days, so they will have R7500 of my money interest free for a whole month. No senior staff is available for a phone call, only the lackluster call center staff. I was abruptly reminded why I haven't bought as much as a pack of tictacs from them in many many years. Disgraceful.
