Where do I start?...... I purchased 2 x Milan styled curtains on the 4th of March 2025. After one wash the eyelets came loose. I contacted the necessary people and after 3 weeks, still no response. Apparently, they had a high call volume - now I understand why.... No one has called me regarding this matter and the response from Elenitza Thuynsma was exactly this: "Regarding your concern, we kindly advise that you take the item to one of our retail stores that sells Homeware. Please do not for get the dispatch note and tax invoice." Firstly, why would I get it delivered? Because I don't have a vehicle and I've paid R75.00 for delivery fee. Secondly, I have been at the Cape Gate branch before I ordered online and they don't have that style curtains. Hence the fact that I ordered online plus delivery fee. Thirdly, once I emailed this Elenitza Thuynsma, regarding my concerns above, she hasn't responded to my emails that was sent on the 7th of September 2025 People think because you pay so much for Woolworths quality, in fact its just a *******
If I could give a minus 5 star and more I would. Absolutely PATHETIC service!!! The freezer compartment's seal does not seal properly. After lodging a complaint, the technician just pitched at my address, on a Saturday without warning..... I was not at home. I have told him and emailed customer service that I am at work Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 until 6pm and only available on Saturdays and Sundays. I also said in the email to make an appointment (in advance) via email for the technician to come out on a Saturday as that is the only time I am available. Yet I have thousands of missed calls from them during the times I said NOT to call me. When I got home yesterday, I realized that something was wrong and the freezer door was slightly open and all of my frozen items were defrosted. I bought over R3500 worth of meat, vegetables and other products and had to throw it in the bin due to absolute poor F@CKING customer service from Hisense!!!! I am beyond mad due to stupidity and the lack of communication. Don't people listen or can't they F@CKING READ???????????
Since January after my ***** incident has been reported, empty promises have been made by Capitec bank. An affidavit was filled in twice. Then a lady from capitec said my money is ready to be released, just one more affidavit.... which I did the same day. This was in March. After a million emails and threats Siyasanga Blayi called me and said it will be resolved before the 25/10/2023.... After that, NO RESPONSE. Email after email, complaint after complaint. I am closing my account today
Wyndham Burger is a racist. Check out his FB profile. To threaten people by sending them a voice note. " recording calls" without letting the recipient know, is against the law. His wife is disgruntled because she could not place an order from Protea Delights because she was too late and missed the dead line. They are both rookie reviewers as you can all see from their profile, so what would you both like to achieve? They both are like kids not getting what they wanted and trying to throw tantrums via Hello Peter You both claim yourselves to be adults so please try at least to behave like one (or 2) if you can. If you do not stop your nonsense this will go further and we do not tolerate bullying, threats or harassment of any kind
If you wrap your parcel and make sure it it properly wrapped to avoid damage, send it via Paxi, yet ALL the items were damaged beyond repair. This means Paxi and the courier company they are working with, has NO respect for clients items. Spoke to a lady called Asiphe and she confirmed that they do not accept responsibility for damaged parcels? How come? If you pay for a service, it is your responsibility to make sure that it arrives in the same condition you sent it off. NEVER EVER had we had this problem with other courier companies. If this is your attitude Paxi, shut down your KAK service
