MISLEADING & DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE AND FACEBOOK
A total con - they make it appear their items are designed and made in Cape Town. I even checked their website to make sure what I was buying as the items were not cheap, before purchasing two bras. I did wonder why they took over 3 weeks to arrive. When they finally did arrive, it was obvious they had been nowhere near Cape Town as they came from China and are cheap and nasty - and despite having the same size on both bags, were two different sizes. They are identical to items that can be purchased on Temu or Shein for 90% cheaper than I unfortunately had paid. DREADFUL COURIER COMPANY
They don 't even warrant one star. Have been waiting since August for them to collect our Rain box and reminded them on a monthly basis. Now they have phoned 3 times just in the last five days each time asking for the address for the collection, and now have the cheek to send an email to say they cannot contact me by phone can I ring them. Absolutely ridiculous! I am certainly not even going to ring them as it would be a total waste of my time. I would not want to wish this courier service on my worst enemy. They are absolutely useless.

GATE MOTOR REPAIRS
I have been using this company on various occasions over the past few years and their service is brilliant. They arrive when they say they will, which in South Africa is not common at all, and are not expensive. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
A total scam. Ordered in October, took more money than anticipated. Then only when I contacted them in January as heard nothing further, did they advise there was an error on the despatch!!! Then told me they would post which I said you cannot do to SA as nothing arrives and I had paid to courier so wanted a refund. Will now wait to see if anything materialises. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.......

DO NOT USE THEM..
Disgusting service. You place an order, they take your money and only when a few weeks later when you enquiry where your order is, do they tell you its out of stock! Offer a credit voucher and if you say you want a refund, then have to provide banking details which takes even longer. Then you see the item on their site is still for sale! How much money are they earning interest on when people have paid, and wait for a few weeks before enquiring about their order. This happened to me last year and I resolved never to use them again, and made the mistake of giving them a second chance!! Same thing again now, so be warned.....

COURIERIT
A delivery that left Cape Town on 7th December still hadn't arrived by 21st December. According to the tracking number it was loaded onto the vehicle every day from 8th December but nothing ever arrived. First notification said it couldn't be delivered which was rubbish as someone is here 24 hours.... after that I had no communication whatever until someone phoned me on 18th to see if it had been delivered.... Still nothing arrived, and the company who had sent the parcel were also unable to do anything either. I would never use this courier company or ever recommend them to anyone.

SNATCHER - I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
Placed two orders and received confirmation of payment. Since then nothing and now cannot access their site, will not take my password and when I try to request a change then, it tells me they do not have a record of my email address and yet they sent the confirmations to me before. When phoning, someone answers and asks you to hold and then the line cuts out. Totally unacceptable service. I realise its a busy time of year, but to be unable to even access your orders to check what is happening, is ridiculous and extremely concerning when they have taken your money. I would not recommend them to anyone!
