I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unresolved issue that occurred on Saturday, 24 May 2025, at your Greenstone Mall branch. I attempted to deposit money at one of your ATMs, but the transaction was cancelled while the machine retained the cash. Despite this, the funds never reflected in my account. I immediately sought assistance from staff inside the branch — a lady and a gentleman assisted me at the time — but as of today, I have received no communication or follow-up regarding the status of my funds. This delay is severely impacting me, as I need the money to cover upcoming debit orders, and I have been advised that FNB will not accept responsibility for these failed payments due to the bank’s error. What is particularly disappointing is that the branch staff admitted they were aware the ATM was faulty — yet no effort was made to inform customers in the queue. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and shows a disregard for customer time, money, and trust. I also reached out to several agents via the banking app, but none were able to provide a solution or even a clear update. The lack of accountability and communication is deeply concerning. I request immediate feedback on the status of my funds and an explanation as to why the issue has not been resolved or escalated. Incidents like this raise serious concerns about the quality of service and what value customers are truly receiving for the monthly fees we continue to pay.
I Have NOt had any problem with supabets till recently. They ****med me a total of R170 R70 loaded voucher that hasn't been loaded on my account and a R100 withdrawal that I havent received. Please don't bet with supabets
Guys please don't ever purchase anything from TAKEALOT, their service is kaak. I bought a mini oven in 2021 December by 2022 April the same stove was broken, returned it and got a brand new one by 2022 December it was broken. I logged a return January 2023 their driver's did not pitch,they kept saying my phone is off they can't get a hold of me but everyone else around can get a hold of me. I contacted them again in April 2023 for the same stove for collection nothing was done, when I contact them now and they telling me it's overdue because they couldn't get a hold of me yet we've been emailing back and forth with regards to this.. Uber Eats scammed me, they took my card details and gave them to one of their people to buy food with my card and now they are blaming my friends and family whereas this is a new card. Please don't ever put your card details on UBER they are worse than Bolt.
I want to cancel this and no one is getting back to me. Should you debit my account or anything for this month I'm definitely suing this company. I want to cancel the policy as I have not even used the services. I want to cancel it with immediate effect!! WORST SERVICE EVER. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I have never experienced such abuse from these people. They are telling me I owe R10500 for bridging electricity which I did not partake in. Their service is the worst, the managers can't even assist
My account has been put on hold without any communication whatsoever. I need to do transfers and withdrawals ASAP but they are not assisting me with anything. DO NOT BANK WITH AFRICAN BANK, WORST BANK EVER
I really hate their bad service, my order is clearing customs and they are asking for ridiculous things for me to get my shipment. I always order online however this had never happened. I am so disappointed with the bad service
