*********** Customer service Consultants!!!! I've been trying to upload my FICA documents for the past 5 hours to No avail even after 4 different consultants attempted to assist though their stories were inconsistent. Sending a back and forth email following instructions on how to clear the error, still same results and the more I speak to the consultant it seems they FAIL to understand my query. Sent screen shots, explained myself so many times. I'm exhausted dealing with such incompetence. Do they not have managers to escalate such matters to? Honestly I'm highly disappointed in their service
I lodged a complaint on the 9th with the outrageous and appauling service I received from FundsAtWork. I later received a call from a Koketso lady advising me that they were awaiting my tax directive from SARS which they were anticipating to receive by close of business on the 9th then my claim would be loaded and paid out. Still nothing even after apologizing for the incompetence of the department. Honestly at the rate we are being treated by Momentum you'd swear we're asking for loans. These are our monies which we are very much entitled to. The ombudsman clearly needs to look into Momentum's maladministration and lack of service. They clearly have become too complacent and need to be delt with harshly!!!!
I am terribly disappointed in the lack of service I've received from Funds At work. I submitted my claim on the 5th of December. And the last communion received from PSG admin was that my funds were being disinvested. This was the 17th of December. They claim the who process takes 10-15 working days to finalize but that is absolute nonsense. No one responds to emails. You run out of airtime whilst waiting to speak to a service consultant. It's just a mess and really frustrating. I'm not sure what else one needs to do to get their funds out of this administrator but I'm appauled by their services or lack of!!!!
I've been trying to make a withdrawal for the past 48 hours and was told that the my cellphone number needs to be verified. Which I conformed to. The multiple OTP numbers I'm trying to input, keep giving me an error message that "OTP cannot be verified at the moment". I've been trying to reach out, through the contact on their website but to no avail. The chatbot doesn't even give any resolutions and the agents on the chat respond hours later. It's really frustrating trying to get a resolution to this matter and I'm really unhappy with YesPlay
I have literally gotten better at sniffing a scam or con artist from miles away! And thank heavens, my gut has never let me down when it comes to these ruthless people. Who is gullible enough to believe that a loan contractual/agreement would be 3 pages long? WOW! I just feel for those people who were desperate to pay funds upfront. They are a scam! They've invested a lot in terms of designing their website, I must say that almost convinced me that they were really legit. But upon investigation (copying their NCR registration number) onto the NCR website to search it, and seeing that it belonged to Bayport Financial Services, I got the confirmation I needed!
NCR Registration number belongs to BRENT AND CO (PTY) LTD, which is a company based in Matatiele. Their (Star Financial Services Pty) company letterhead say they are based in Sandton Rivonia. Please alert Brent & Co that these scam artists are using their registration number to scam unsuspecting and desperate citizens!
No company registered with the NCR will ever ask for any upfront fee. According to the NCR regulations, it is actually illegal to ask consumers for upfront fees for taking out a loan. The NCR registration number, as well as the legal registration number, belong to a company based in the North West (Hamanskraal). So in other words Finsap is not an authorized financial lender, nor are they registered which leaves the obvious option.... They are here to prey on desperate individuals!!!!! All 5 star reviews made on here or testimonials from their website are all made by the same person, just using different profile names or it's different users that are all in this with the master mind. Be vigilant..... There's NO loan making it's way to you. It's all a Scam!!!!
Yeah, they are definitely a scam!!! If you go on their website, the fact that there's an "Alert" on their page, should tell you that it's not an authentic website, which means, it doesn't have an IP address. Then of course there's only ONE person "Nick" who calls you and pretends to be someone he's not. Anyone and everyone who's paid this guy, I'm sad to say, you're NEVER getting your money back! He's a fraudster and a scam artist! NO Financial Service, will EVER ask for upfront fees! PERIOD! He's preying on desperate individuals!
