Have been with this company since 2017, for the past week we have had no service from there fibre, however not to worry call the call center. No one answers chat to a machine for three days, still no answer to our problem, as i am writing this i have been on hold for 40 minutes and still no response, cancel all your deals with this pathetic company
As is the case with all the other reviews, i have now closed my account with this , pathetic excuse for a company ,no concern for the small businesses and very little respect for all the bad reviews, it seems to me that they clearly make to much money for them to give a damn about their image, so good Pastel enjoy your new banking download that doesn't work.
Trying to get a replacement strap for Golf watch, as per usual, everything is automated so no joy,cannot find a Tom Tom supplier in South Africa, if anyone can assist it would be awesome , as Tom Tom themselves are useless!!!!!!!
