I wanna compliment the staff of ward 59, bo mme Bae tshwarang ka bohaleng😭😭❤️❤️u work in a very bad department but how u always show up with smiles on your shifts is actually recommendable. I was admitted on the 9th and spent the whole week not even a day have I seen any of the staff in a bad mood or talking to us in a bad manner. U made me forget that I am scared of public hospitals bcz of reviews we all see around. Wishing all the staff a merry Christmas and a blessed new year ahead🙏🙏🙏🙏🎄🎄
It's Been a month now running around with capitec. My accounts have been placed on hold because of "***** suspection", they mentioned that a client said their phone was lost wen the payment was made yet the client knows nothing about that, I have sent POPs and affidavits to different branches but even now, they unblocked the capitec acc and are refusing to send to FNB to unblock my business account as they repo the funds onto FNB. I'm tired of having to be at the branch all the time for this. Problem is they do this all the time, every year I have to claim funds to mention that they aren't *****ulent it's always amounts that don't even exceed R1000
So yesterday had to go and make purchases for funding and we got there l8, there wer 25 of us n can imagine bulks, just wanna thank Bongani, Michelle and the other lady forgot her name, short a bit slim and hairstyle was twist I think supervisor by Bulk, I was 1 of the last 2 they even went to an extent of helping organise transport since our phones wer off and I was overwhelmed. Michelle and her mum dropped me off directly at the gate. Thank you soo much guys, I really do appreciate the service and the dedication, Bongani can attest that I started by complaining since I couldn't find what I actually wanted but I definitely left the store a happy client. Bought shoes at rage on Friday only worn them yesterday n today the shoe gets broken, went to the stroke and showed them n they say they can’t assist since I lost a receipt even if I can print the proof of payment from my account they won’t, at 1st I bought shoes n I was given shoes of the same side they were able to assist without a receipt
