Game Stores, Johannesburg CBD terrible service they offered my mother. She bought a stove in March 2022 and it worked for a week and stop working. We reported to them and, they promised to send their technician to fix it but never did. I have called several times they never answer. I have ended up calling their call center to report the issue same day they called back and promised to come and never did. I am very disappointed in you Game. Imagine treating a pensioner like that
Terrible service ever. I regret ever registering my kids with them. From January 11 waited for my kids books and the learning center follow up and they were told none of their business but between them and me... Later the books arrive towards end of Jan. The learning centre returned the books for my younger one as we deregister for grade 3 and register for grade 2 same pain of following up with the books started. Since January I told them I am not receiving any debit order authorization forms I have checked with my bank several times of the claim of authorizarion of debit none to this date my younger daughter hasn't received the books. I have email many times requesting the they change to EFT but still I am sent to check with my bank of which nothing to date. I called several times no help still. One of the call centre agent by the name of Michelle told me is none of their fault that I am not recieving it. I am so disappointed and can't wait for the year to end so I can remove my kids from Impaq. No one cares that my daughter's books aren't recieved. Will never advice any parent to register with Impaq

The trip on the previous review was supposed to be on the 12 December 2020 not 12 December 2039
Please never book with Tswelopele tours the guy called Herman is a crook. I have paid a deposit of 500 for the trip that was supposed to happen in the 12 December 2039 boat cruise Haartebee****rt dam.on the 9 December he asked for full payment and I promised to pay it the following today, then the following day he sent me a message that the trip will now be on the 11 December 2020 of which is a Friday I was at work couldn't go so is my niece who was having a birthday on the on the 12 December, I told Herman we couldn't go as I will be working and my niece at work so he promised me a refund the following Monday. On Monday I asked for my refund he told me to send email to info.tswelopelotours@gmail.com with proof of payment and banking details of which I did and he promised my refund will be in my account 48 hours. After the 48hours kept on asking him when I am getting my money since 48 hours he came up with the story that he doesn't know why I didn't get it cause he had instructed whoever it is to refund me to this date no refund and he ended up blocking me on whatsapp
