Disappointed and Angry
Hi my name is Mosidi Mojela, I'd no. 8512161293085 and have taken a loan with Supreme finance in Khayelitsha over 6 months ago. I went to the branch to settle the outstanding balance on the 01.11.2023 since I have missed payments, only to be told that it has been handed over to attorneys but they do not have the attorney details for me to consult to pay the outstanding balance. I was also told to wait for those unknown attorneys to call and that it might even take a year or 2 since they have backlog. The consultants charges you 10% of loan that supreme gives you and would tell you it's for them to purchase a cool drink for processing your loan. They do it to each and everyone who applies for a loan at that branch. This has blocked me from getting loans from other bank institutions since my account has been handed over to unknown attorneys and no one has details for me to call and settle the payment. Worst customer service
I had the worst customer service from Nicole who was shouting at me and refused to pass the phone to her manager. She didn't even tell me that she was passing me to someone else after multiple request. Thank you to Sisanda who came through and gave me an excellent service.

Angry customer
I purchased Slim Harry Potter red flip flops on the 07.01.21 and they have become faulty and strip have came off. The item cost R450.00. I went to the store on the 09.04.21 and was advised that the item is non returnable because it is customer negligence. At the point of order I was advised item is returnable within the 6 months. We purchase expensive brand because it is good quality. What they did is false advertising and also I feel that Havaiana is aware that they selling poor quality shoes hence they giving their customer hussle to return or refund. I was given an email for customer service to complain still no response up to date. I'm am now sitting with R450 Flip flops that I can't even wear and is less than 6 months. How terrifying is that? Disgrace
Unprofessional and cheats. 1st payout took a month because they been saying the laptop broke so they can't make payments. Now recently it's been two weeks telling us that we will get our money before xmas knowing they closing on the 22.12.20. We will spend our xmas with no food, kids no clothes to wear while they will enjoy theirs nice with their families. It is always black people who experiences such. So disappointed in a huge company.
