Tinashe is the best Screamer Telecoms employee.
It's always a pleasure dealing with Tinashe from screamer. He does not disappoint, he really loves his job and he is good at it.

It's always a pleasure dealing with MiWay, no complaints at all, only issue is with Siyabonga who I spoke to this morning, I couldn't hold for long, ended up dropping the call

He didn't bother calling me back. I then received a courtesy call hours later from Kwandile Khanyile to check if everything went well. Thanks Kwandile for the call and all went well. Keep it up MiWay, you never disappoint.

Compliment
I just want to compliment Tinashe from Screamer. He is always willing to assist. The first time I was not happy with Screamer, I dealt with him and he made sure that my issues were resolved. He always goes an extra mile for clients. Well done Tinashe, Screamer is lucky to have you.

Worst Network Provider
I have been experiencing issues with connectivity, it's been on and off. I logged a query with them and they are not replying or acknowledging my email. The network is very bad, I wouldn't recommend anyone to sign up with them.

Request to decrease insurance monthly premium
I called MiWay on the 28th of December 2020 and I spoke to Puleng. She told me that she would call me back by close of business but she did not call. I called again today the 29th and I was assisted by Vuyiswa Cele. She was so patient with me, friendly and she managed to assist me with what I wanted. I believe that she is a great asset to Miway.
