Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all cost, rather spend your hard earned money somewhere els. Had to exchange a short for wrong size, did had the same short anymore took something els. Nee shirt was cheaper gave an voucher for the balance, which is against the consumer act. Anyways when 3 times to the store on different occasions cant find correct size. There is staff on the floor but on the first occasion she was too busy chatting and vaping in the store with her boyfriend. I left , on the second and third attempt also staff on the floor bit too busy discussing their weekend to assist an client. Not sure why there is floor staff needed there because they are of no assistance. Will never shop here again. Nelspruit store, but see its the same poor service everywhere according to reviews. Wished I read reviews before my shopping.
I am very disappointed. I placed the order 08:20 and specifically said that the office closes at 15:30. I also chatted around 15:00 on the website with a person and it took very long for a reply. The flowers only got delivered after 15:30 and my wife had to go back to the office to receive it.
Unfortunately had to give one star to make a review. They debited my bank account twice, unauthorized. After 2 months still no feedback from Vodacom, no refund, no credit. When you phone the call center you are lucky to get someone answering after 15min, then you will get send from pilar to post as it seems like they don't know who exactly must assist with your problem. I was a loyal customer for over 20 years and had 3 contracts running all this time but now I'm done with Vodacom, as my contracts expire, I'm not renewing any of them. Vodacom is the worst company ever.
The worst call center and worst customer service ever. Got send from pillar to post after 7th call center wanted to transfer me I lost it and dropped the phone after a 45min call. They Vodapay deducted money twice from my bank account on different days, and the authorization I signed was only for one deduction. I also reported you to my bank and communications ombudsman. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years but the service is so bad with Vodacom, that I have already cancelled/ didn't re-new 2 of my 4 contract's and as soon as this last contract is due Im leaving you for good.
Good day; Stay away from them if you haven't joint yet or want to invest. They scamed me and many others in my office who introduced me to them. Haven't got any money back and battling since March 2020.
