Dissatisfied
I took my phone to the MTN store to be booked in for repairs. My phone only had battery issues because it was draining battery for example from 45% to 10%. The phone was perfectly working when I left it at the store. I went to fetch it today, because I didn't accept their quote. My phone came back, no working, not charging. And I refused to take it back. I demand answers from them and I want my phone back working like I left it.

I want to pay my creditors and not be charged PDA fees
I requested to take over in paying my creditors, dc experts says they are going to withdraw their services and return my actual payments to normal. Which I don’t understand why because they took R11 500 for two months for their services and now they want me to be okay with the fact that they are charging me R535 every month for payment distribution.

I reported a *****ulent case on the 16 of March. The accounts that ***** me are both Capitec Business accounts, I thought the process will be quick since it’s Both Capitec accounts, they are not calling me or anything to let me know how far are they with the process, I am the only one that calls to ask. I am hurt because I was expecting the bank to be quick in helping me out since I need that money to pay my bills and my kids school fees😭😭😭

Disappointed by Bains lodge service
They refused to give me my refund. My son used their facility for three nights and paid for the fourth night but didn't sleep there. He took out his stuff out of their apartment and give them their key. He literally didn't sleep there but they refused to give him the R799 he paid. I will never use Bains in my life and I just want to bring this to other people's attention.

Recommendation for DC Experts - Chantel

Chantel is the best! Trust me. She returns calls if you've her to call and she is really helpful. I can recommend her to be your portfolio manager if you do need one. </div>
