I think supersportbet is a **** I'm trying to cash out tried to fica my account but every thing gets declined my utility bill I send a proof of account as well that was declined .Am not sending my bank statement don't see how that is relevant other betting ups never ask me for that kinda personal details only a copy of my ID .
I have been struggling with Capitec for more then a month now .I got some food on my Uber eats app on 24,th of December 2024 and it still shows pending in my app meanwhile Uber deducted the same amount twice .Been call Capitec call centre they said I must ask Uber for a letter to reverse the funds .Did that got nowhere with Uber they blame the bank . Meanwhile I'm calling going to the branch (where I must say the consultant was very helpful .But the call centre agents does not care at all .They have attitudes and is not helpful . meanwhile I'm also paying for the sms they send me with case numbers but I get no feedback it's frustrating.
On 27 st of April I request a uber ride that was charged to my card .Half way into the trip I saw I forgot something at home I ask the driver to turn round and paid him via capitec cash send a extra R60 for turning around . The follow Monday I saw a notice on my account of R33 I then made contact with Uber to tell them I already paid the driver send them screenshots as proof . Now to my understanding I thought the matter was settled but I was wrong .On 21 May I request a Uber again from work as I was feeling sick but this time a cash ride .My trip was R36 as I get paid the driver with R40 two R20 notes where he told me that the trip was R73 .I told him no showed him on my phone was R36 .He became angry and aggressive please not I'm not feeling well at this moment and he start shouting at me demanding the money he said it was from a previous trip and it click to that day .I try to explain to him what happened but that just angers him more it came to the point where my sister came out the house cause she could see this man shouting at me .I got out his car we went in I reported this to Uber they said sorry changed my setting to card only said I will never be paired with this driver . I wanted uber to clear up this mess cause I did not want something like this to happen again .After weeks of back and fort me telling the story offer and over sending screenshots uber said sorry send me uber cash . So I'm thinking ohk my account is clear No wrong the driver of the trip of 21 May put in a claim for that R33 and now nothing has changed .As I feel I'm not in the wrong I'm not going to pay because I already paid for my trip and he has no right to claim the money because it does not belong to him he got his R36 plus extra R4 . I been in contact with uber and everytime they send me a link to pay not that's all they . So you asking me why not just pay up its omly R33 well it goes to morals and values .Uber must fix this .
I logde a death claim in 4 November the agent told me it would take about 10 weeks until it will payout .I followed up several times and in February the agent gave me a checklist of documentation need it took me a while to get all that was needed but I finally did now every time I follow up she request the same documents over and over and I resend on my last attempt to follow up she told she had an attitude telling me she will give me feedback ones she starts working on the claim. Which let me in shock 10 weeks has turned in to 6months .leaving me very disappointed in the service of the Building Industry Bargaining Council (BIBC) and this claim must also still go to Sanlam so how many months still ?
I'm part of the cwp community workers program and as yet has received no payment (stipend) of the month of December. With find out what's going on it came to my attention that my workgroup is not the only group but their are other right across the country some still awaits payment for November and December. I have made contact via email and whatsapp to find out what the problem is but since 28 December 2020 have not recieved a reply or any feedback back by CWP officials .I see this a very disrespectful .I need answers please
My nephew disability grant has been stolen from his Capitec account. Yesterday he went for a new card but couldn't withdraw money capitec was offline .This morning this account was empty bank statement shows money has been withdrawn at in atm at shoprite in out home town .what make me suspicious about the whole thing is he went for a new card next day money is withdrawn in our own home town smells like an inside job and all capitec say is sorry nothing can be done .I think this matter should be investigated. This is his livelihood.
