Thank you for allowing us to sit in your waiting area with coffee to make alternative arrangements towards towing, accommodation, flight bookings and for dropping us off at our guest house. I have been a Vodacom customer for many years and have always given them the benefit of the doubt however, their service with regards to the cancellation of my deceased Mom's account is totally unacceptable. My Mom passed away in December and since January I have been sending them email after email with all the correct documentation attached to cancel the contract, with no success or response. Vodacom has no shame in taking our money but when it comes to paying it back, then you get the runaround. Think it's time to move my business as well.. Really not worth the trouble and other service providers are way cheaper! Don't know why I stayed with them so long!!!
Was a bit skeptic when I heard that we can only chat online with Travelstart regarding any questions/queries but man was I surprised. It took a few minutes to get in touch but the response was immediate. Thank you Kyle Delcarme for your kind assistance and friendly manner :)
