Hi. I just want to share brilliant service from my butcher in Welkom. The butcher is Davidsburg butchers. I bought some meat Saturday (pork mince). When I got home realised it was off. Too far to return I threw it away. Monday I return and asked them to prepare me some fresh pork mince as unfortunately saturdays went in the bin. Without a word mince was prepared and off I went to pay. No mam please, we apologize for saturday. Amazing I only commented as thought they should know. And without saying anything else they kindly replaced the purchases. Where would you get such great service with no fuss. Thank you Davidsburg Welkom.

Dis-chem in Welkom the Free State. Has the most willing and helpful staff in the shop. Nothing is too much trouble. Such a pleasure to go and shop there. Whatever pills potions shampoos anything out of stock, they will take your details and try and get the goods for you. Well done Staff at Dis-Chem Welkom

Cross with lack of service
I cannot believe nearly 3months later and without hesitation vodacom continues to bill me, for my data contract that is blocked, what's worse no one is able to point you in the right direction to who can unblock it. Disgusting way to treat people. It was blocked not because of bad debt but incorrect service when declaring the death of my husband and willingness to continue to pay the debit order. One is better off being dishonest. AND no wonder vodacom has so much money, money for not providing a service. Lastly because of this ... service we have had to take out another data contract as working from home is impossible without data. Well done vodacom. You better spend some of your money training your staff, and maybe even pay back my money. You are good at not apologizing or showing empathy. If it's just certain vodacoms then get here and train your staff. Signed by a very unhappy and angry customer who has been with vodacom since they arrived in south africa.

At last. Thank you Me -Anne for going that extra mile and getting my deceased husband phone unblocked so I can pay the two year contract just started less than a year ago. Someone in that store gave rubbish information and sent us to vodacom customer care and for nearly a month now had no service. Everything was blocked. What a mission. Thank goodness Me Anne helped . Congratulate her please - vodacom welkom square.

Excellent service from Witbank Vodacom
I just want to let everyone know how efficient and pleasant Jaunita the Manager at vodacom Highveld Mall in Witbankwas when having to transfer ownership of an account. I'm not from the area an the online services stuffed up. But she professionally help me. Thank you
