Good day, I bought a brand new car 4 months ago at Hyundai Bryanston. The car has been showing a defect on the bumper paint that keeps on spreading and at present it is all over. I had reported this case to the dealership and they have been saying they will call me back to come to the dealership again so that they can sort it out. I called the headquarters in bedfordview to lodge a complained and they did not even call me back nor provide me with a reference number. It has been a month now trying to call for assistance and all they say is they will call me back. I do not understand why would a brand new car have a paint job issues already in 3-4 months?
I bought a car and a month of driving it, it gave me issues with the sunroof. I was told that it was ordered since June and till today I’m getting excuses that they are still waiting for it. It is 6 months now I have been waiting and now my sunroof does not even close.
I’m not sure what’s really going on. I booked my service at 120 000 or around 125 000 which was two months ago, liquid capital told the Hyundai service agent that it is not yet due I should bring my car around 130 000. Today I bring in the car they say I’m late for service. Which one is which?? I’m getting frustrated now.
My account was debited two days ago and last month my car was paid off by Hyundai. Now when I call to be refunded, they say I was in arrears but my monthly statement doesn’t show any of the disclosed arrears. I’m really not happy with what is going on cos every one I speak on the phone with give me different stories. Since I’ve been your client I’ve been getting problems every month, I’m so glad I’m no longer your client. Please escalate this urgently!
I’m really not happy with the service I have been getting. All the vehicle and assets consultants are not to be trusted. Since December I have been requesting for assistance with a debit date changed but no one is responding to my email after I provide all necessary information. The last response was that if I change my debit date my instalment will increase. I asked why but never got a response. My instalment had incredibly increased in 3 months and it makes no sense to why this is happening. I call everyday for help but with no luck. I tried to make EFT PAYMENTS trying to avoid arrears or bad credit record but the money keeps bouncing back the whole time. I wanted to avoid such problems as I requested for dates to change due to my new salary date which is the last day of every month. If this is not put to your attention, I would like to cancel this vehicle finance because I can’t live with stress and also need to know why is my instalment changing every month.
To my shocking experience. I just bought a meal at Macdonald Jackals Creek via Uber Eats and their apple juice tastes like water 😒 I'm taking it back first thing in the morning. Please expect me.
Good day, It has been 3 days waiting for authorization which was requested by Hyundai Alberton to get my car fixed but till today the service adviser says that she is not getting any feedback. I just bought the car two months ago and already my clutching system broke down. I am really unhappy because I just got the car now but now I am failing to even enjoy it. I always have problems everytime my car needs to be serviced. They have been deducting money monthly and they say I'm in erears whereas I made a double payment last year November and they said the second amount will be carried over, so since I had made double payment, I didn't no pay December. I need a clear explanation of how am I in erears? 🤔 LSPR00084387 I need an urgent response please.
