Hi All, please notify all your parents who are collecting Grant not to give any consultants that comes from 1Life their ID numbers. This company has got brokers that are sending out staff to sell funeral policies for 1Life. These consultants are taking ID numbers from the pensioners by manupilating them and writing up policies for the elderly people without their consent. They are targeting all the pensioners that is collecting grant, once they got the ID number, they writing up the policy and automatically 1Life is just taking money from SASSA for all pensioners who have been caught in this ****. 1Life is issuing the policies without no signature, copy of ID, no follow up recorded calls from their office to confirm if these people accept the policy. They are basically de*****ing the elderly pensioners. No banking details needed, just ID number and SASSA is just releasing money to 1Life. The pensioners are being put through hell by going to SASSA offices and standing in long lines just to find out why they are getting paid short only to find out that 1Life consultants are robbing the elderly people. When I called to ask them for a refund, they are asking me to take the pensioners to the police station for sworn affidavits, bank statement, ID copy as per their processes. Some cannot even walk, they want me to take the pensioners to all these places. In the first place they never carry out proper processes now when asking for a refund, they want to put these pensioners through hell by arranging all these documents. As it is these pensioners had to hire vehicles just to go to their bank to find out why are they getting paid short, from the banks they are reffered to SASSA stating 1Life is debiting them and this needs to be sorted out with SASSA. I have 4 pensioners that this happened too and 1Life was taking money for 3 months from all of them. Up till date nobody has called to resolve this matter and process a refund for the pensioners. This is alot of money for the elderly people, the service from 1Life is pathetic, please think twice before taking any cover with these people. Devi Sankaree should investigate these people. There are 100s of pensioners thats going to SASSA because they all have be ****med. Shame on 1Life for taking advantage over innocent elderly people. This will be forwared to the ombudsman as well. These ****mers act as if they from a company called Appliance care centre. A guy named Ian came to my house, assessed my 70 inch Samsung TV, said he had to take it in for repairs, requested a deposit of R3000 for parts. Its been a month now and he answers his phone but gives excuses. Please be careful of this **** for all appliances.
People in South Africa should not trust Standard Trust South Africa to manage their estates, wills or trust fund for their families in the event of death, your family will suffer financially while these people sit in expensive office's earning a high salary.These people are truly incompetent. My wife passed away in 2018 through stage 4 stomach cancer, standard trust totally disregarded the well being of my child by not providing any maintenance for 3 years and 7 months although I have been to their offices, sent emails requesting assistance etc. There is so much more to say but will keep this short and sweet. People of South Africa, dont trust Standard Bank to manage your estates, wills or trust fund. Plenty people are suffering, going to the office and fighting to get maintenance for their kids. The trustees are really incompetent, management is absolutely poor. They have people who dont have kids or a family managing your estates, funds etc. How would these people know the cost of living and what is needed to support children or maintain a child to start off. I am talking from expierence because I have submitted slips, asked questions, emails gets ignored because these people cannot answer. So we out here trusting these people with millions of rands but when you die, your family really suffer's, yet they make sure to collect their monthly fees and still making money out of your money. Even the staff at Master of High Court stated Standard bank is a huge problem.
These people are so unproffesional. I would rather put my money for my kids under my bed. My wife passed away in 2018 due to stage 4 stomach cancer, up till date, there has been no communication from these people after me approaching them on 4 or more occassions. I had to leave my job to take my wife india for treatment, since i came back there was no jobs, then covid came about since than its been really difficult to even provide food for my child which led me to go sell deaf cards to feed my child although i am not deaf. I have sinned in the eyes of God but he knows best that i had to do what i needed to do in order to survive. They listened to false stories and up till date my child had to suffer which is so not fair after all the trauma that he has been through already at the age of 5yrs old. I really wish i could get a proper attorney to help me fight this case as i would like to sue standard trust for all the trauma, emotional strains that this caused for both myself and my child while we have money sitting in the trust. They 1st excuse was they cannot find the original will so they accepted a backdated 1 from a bunch of fraudsters. Zola from standard trust should be dealt with and Danie Du Toit because this was brought to his attention and they just tried to cover their mistakes. So while they families got everything what they want, our kids are suffering after we paid so many years for a trust hoping they would offer financial support for the minors. Which basically means if we die and money is sitting in the trust, our kids are basically and totally ****ed without no financial assistance but i am sure they are not forgetting to take their monthly fees out for ****all work being done. Shame on standard trust, keep your money for your kids in the safe or under the bed because these people are still making so much money without even doing their job properly. I wish to sue them for R200 billion for the trauma that they have put myself and my 2 minors through.
I paid this company double in advance, today is the 12th and I still dont have my data loaded. This company is actually costing me more money by always having to call these aresholes. They clearly dont know what they doing so should just close the business, bunch of idiots I tell you, its damn frustrating, the managers dont ever return calls or respond to the clients emails.
