Good day This has got to be one of the worst companies to do business. Ive been sent from pillar to post regarding a claim for my late mom. Everytime i make contact, i receive one promise after the next without any joy with the same response all the time "its been escalated to an assigned assessor". Im at my wits end and will most definately be taking this matter further.
Utterly disappointing service. Firstly, we are based in Kimberley NC. All momentum offices closed down and after rumerous telephone calls i was referred to Metropolitan who also turned me away stating that although the 2 amalgamated they dont have access to process a momentum claim, what rubbish. My mom passed away on the 29/11/2022. After numerous attempts to get through to the relevant department, i eventually was given an email address to send the documents to. I sent all the relevant documents on the 09/12/2022 and was told that i would be contacted by an assesor which never materialised. i sent a follow up email on the 12/12/2022 as well as a telephone call and was told that the matter would be finalised within 10 working days from the day i sent through the documents. Today has been 10 days without any correspondence from momentum. I lost my mum. Now im sitting with debt which i had to incurr to give her dignified burial as i knew she had an active policy which would pay out, but now im being ignored and given the run around. My wife also has policies with Momentum and i advised her to take her business elsewhere as this is totally unacceptable. i would advise any person to think long and hard before investing in Momentum. No response to my query for the last 3 weeks. I wont be purchasing their products again!!!!
I enquired about the quality of tastic rice recently. Ive only received an automated email response to date. I will definately not be buying their products anymore. Inferior quality at high prices!!!!

Ive just been to Checkers New Park Kimberley. Whilst my wife and i was standing in the queue to purchase a "hot meal" at the deli, we witnessed a couple of flies feasting the the hot meals i.e pumpkin, veggies etc. So we opted for a whole grilled chicken instead. Upon arrival at home, preparing to eat we discover that the chicken is horribly burnt on the under side as well as 1 drumstick missing. Im highly irate at this moment and if this matter isnt addressed soonest, i will take this matter further. Regards
