Vodacom has once again provided a shocking service! App**** for Fibre to be installed at home, they advised Vumatel had fibre to our area. Took out contract, waited three weeks NOTHING! Made 5 calls to Vodacom eventually for them to tell me that Vumatel says there is no Fibre in our complex! Phoned to cancel contract, as HOA advised that OpenServ has fibre throughout our estate - which is also a provider for Vodacom - only to find out that I have to now wait another 14 to 21 days for Openserve to install Fibre - so in total six weeks wait!! My son, who is at UJ, now cannot attend any of his online lectures at home More infuriating is that not once in three weeks did I hear ANYTHING from Vodacom or Vumatel. But for me phoning in endlessly, I would never have found out that not only was my "ticket" only created 20 days after I app**** - an error which Vodacom has not yet apologised for, but that Vumatel believes that our estate is not Fibre ready! Shocking shocking service from Vodacom. Am now waiting for past 3 hours to receive the email to accept my new contract for Openserve to install in 14 to 21 days - no email received! And so the hours, days and weeks roll by with no Fibre, and no service.

Having never claimed before on our Dotsure policy I was delighted to find that their online system is so easy to use! I received an email notification as well as an SMS within minutes confirming that I had registered a claim for our beloved Boston. Within ten minutes I had received a telephone call from Anneke Olivier advising that the claim was being processed, and another email confirming the details of the refund. Such an efficient service! Blows my mind. Brilliant customer service Dotsure!

Shocking service! Ordered a vinyl in October for my daughter for xmas. Expected delivery dated was 16 December. Emailed them a couple of times to see when it would arrive only to receive an email on 15 December to say they had no stock! One very disappointed daughter for xmas! Promised to process refund within 17 business days - that has been and gone, and still their refund department has not even processed my refund. Shocking, disappointing service. They advertise goods they don't have in stock and can't even get. But they have had my money for the past 3 months!
