On the 18th of September the morning, I received 2 messages,that state Thank you Eva, your loyalty voucher has been redeemed at Apalachee Spur. Queries? Call: 086 000 7787 I never visit Spur in Wellington, I called that number,And the person say that they will come back to me,and he can see that the vouchers has been used, I called twice,and nobody came back to me. I told the person that i have my card with me and I have the card in my hand. So why was my vouchers been used,while I have my card with me..
On the 31December 2023 we went to Cape town International Airport, We went to wimpylandside@mweb.co.za Where we waiting on my sister's flight to Namibia, We sit down and got the manu.nobody attend to us,after waiting for awail ,other customers got up and said they are waiting more than a half an hour just for the drinks,we got up and sit at there place and call the waiter, someone attended put our order in and we wait forever , The drinks came with no s**** to stir .she said she will bring the s**** .my sister got up and fetch a s**** my husband order a waffle too. And we wait forever for that too We realised that my sister have to go to book in and we got up to the pay point to pay for the drinks that we wait forever and also the waffle that we didn't receive. Our time we put in order was 4.52 We literally wait for an hour for our order. We got up at 6oclock for my sister to board Table 777 Order NR.294792 Serve by Christine. Service was poor people got up and go couldn't wait any longer, We were not impressed with service

I ordered a Fabric guard online from Russell's, I received the product, but not as professional as I would think of Russell's. The liquid was in a Coco Cola Bottle and not even packed in a package,. The courier guy didn't wear a maak and also not sanitised the coco Cola bottle, I used my own, I order so much I line and that was the limit and the fist. I forward emails an no one came back to me yet. I ask them to pickup the stuff because how would I know its the product I order that's in the bottle. Thank you
