My parents bought hubby and I a Defy Gemini Petite Chef hob and undercounter oven for our 2nd wedding anniversary that is still working even though not in top form. Given the years of excellent service baking and cooking up a storm I would definitely upgrade within the Defy brand as I plan to in the next year. I already have a few options keen to check out instore.
I registered and ordered food from my local restaurant that is not listed on other delivery apps. Service was great and I could easily track my order that arrived as ordered. I have spread the word to family and friends to enjoy the experience. I noticed that they have far more restaurants added since I first signed up. I'm now spoilt for choice.
Hubby took us for an absolutely awesome gastronomical family lunch at their restaurant which also has a takeaway situated next to their mainly pork butcher shop where you can buy bulk or month end buys. The portions of our meals for the price blew us away. A family of 4: x2 huge crispy eisbeins with chips for the guys and X2 perfectly smoked and basted pork ribs with chips that did not cost an arm and a leg. A few snags but otherwise good app. Adding a new delivery address other than the two on my profile was problematic as it kept only showing me the two on my profile despite typing a new address. After payment was made it took a while before the restaurant confirmed the order. Once confirmed a driver was allocated and tracking was live and delivered in an acceptable time. I hated that I had to make a second payment for the driver tip. This should be provided for in one seamless transaction when paying for the order and not a second separate transaction by the customer. Come on guys you can do better than this! You can have a backend process to provide and process the tip. #BlackFriday
