I called TravelStart regarding the problems I have with the Old Mutual travel voucher. They said it would easily resolved and would get back to me, but they never did. Now the airfare have gone up since I spoke to them. This is really frustrating.
I am the third time or more frustrated by the Voucher Code for flight booking which returns an error of "Voucher code is invalid. Please try again." I was directed to TravelStart and I called them. I am still waiting for them to get back to me, but on a previous occasion they told me that the Voucher Code I had been issued by Old Mutual had expired on a date prior to being issued to me. I do not know what to make of this! I am very frustrated, to say the least.
Was very helpful. I never had to quee. Big relief.
This is the second time I am having issues claiming my OLD MUTUAL REWARDS TRAVEL VOUCHER. I bought the travel Voucher and received a Code to use it to redeem on booking a flight on Travelstart. When I use the voucher I get a message which say the Code is invalid and I need to try again. When I try again, it never repeats the same error message. In the previous instance when this happened, I contacted Travelstart and they told me the Voucher Code that I have received from Old MUTUAL REWARDS had expired. I wonder whether this is the case this time again, but it is very frustrating as in the booking of flights, time is of the essence.
I am part of the Old Mutual Rewards programme. I bought a travel voucher which, when I claimed it to book a flight on TravelStart, gave me problems as both the Old Mutual and Travelstart portals did not accept the Voucher code number as being invalid. This is an issue as the voucher will expire after 30 days if not redeemed. I am stuck here.
An online promotion promised R440 [74% discount] but when I paid online they charged R1020.00. How misleading is that?
My repeated email follow-ups on my complaint get completely ignored by the WeBuyCars customer service. It is unbelievable. This matter could, and should, have been long closed.
1. I sent email after email to their customer care centre to cancel my car tracking contract because I had sold my vehicle. There was no acknowledgement. 2. I received repeated calls because I had stopped my debit order to pay them. 3. When phoning their customer care line, they directed me to leave a message for a consultant to call me back. When I selected that option, I got a response that the mailbox was full and could not take any messages. 4. Their online Self-Service did not help either, even though they had said I had successfully completed my submission. 5. Their customer care line is disastrous as far as I am concerned.
Excellent service. Always keeping the taxpayer informed and updated.
