I Bought Samsung Galaxy A34 with Galaxy watch4 at WonderPark TelkomShop with a Contract. When me and the salesperson ( Adhil ) were filling up some forms i Told the sales person that he should Please order Size 44mm for the Watch hence i have a big hand. To my surprise today I got my WATCH4 and when I got home and opened the package I realized it wasn't what I asked for. Instead it is a Size 40mm and it does not fit my hand at all. The watch is very small. The sales person is telling me I can not change it because , at the warehouse they don't have the size I'm looking for. my order number is : 1610224703Account number : 103015103 I waited so long for this Watch4 but I'm actually so Disappointed to find out that my Order is Wrong. Two months ago I bought and visited the shop for eye test hence I've been having serious eye Vision. Nomfundo who was helping me then suggested I use Double vision Glasses but never explained in Full details that I'll be experiencing some problems along the run. As soon as my Glasses were fixed within a week I couldn't use them at all. I tried calling the Shop to complain in short she wasn't ready to take my glasses back to change them to be single vision. I had to go back to the shop myself from Pretoria, that's when they decided to help. And Nomfundo knows very well that I seriously needed glasses Because I'm a student. On the 16th of January 2023 i was at Macdonald Menlyn, I had over 5000 points on my App and i decided to Redeem them with Macflury Ice Cream of which my Points were enough to do so. I went to a drvia through bough what i needed and later redeemed macFlury ice cream with 4000 Points. When i got to the next window i was told the machine for Ice cream is not working and they are so Sorry my points will be reversed back to my account. Which is M 866 343. After a month or so i visisted Macdonald in Pretoria West and i asked them about my Points the manager over there was very very very Rude IN short Treated me like a customer that is very hungry trying to Redeem Ice Cream for Free that i did not deserve to get it. i begged them to call Macdonald in Menlyn to very my story but they just made me a fool in front of the entire Customers. I felt so humilated and Mad. My Husband wanted me to open a Case against them with how i was treated and now i can't even go back to that branch again because i still feel angry and shy with how everyone was looking at the scene and gossiped about the Incident. After writing a review about the experience I had with PMD call center consultant L received a call from Miss Khanya Zondo and we had a Great Conversation and made sure that my Claim will be Looked into and Finalized within the time frame she promised. I can say I am impressed , even though I still need some answers with the Decision they took after going through all three Quatations they asked me to Foward Through because what they offered is Less than the least of all quatations Fowarded to them I hope Miss Khanya Zondo will call me back as I have requested.
On the 26th of November my car was Stationary at Dromedaries Street when my Colleague Bumped my Car. I was called to a scene after some minutes of the accident. We did all the Necessary protocols of the Accident. In short as a Third party i was told that my Issue it's not a first priority to them, hence they told me that is how all insurance are operating. i spoke to Gugulethu did not give me all the information requred after waiting and waiting , i called again to my surprise i was told that the infornmation i gave was incomplete , I spoke to Nthabiseng from the Third party department and she was not nice at all due to the fact that i don't have an Insurance with PMD , that's when she told me that Preference will only be given to their clients as for me i have to get Quotations and wait because I'm not the only Client they are dealing with. No one is prepared to call or inform me about the issues progress. It's been a month now and I'm struggling with Transportation to school and work. I had a bad Experience since i bought a second hand car with this Dealership, they're failing to register or give me paper car it's been 1 year 7months i can't drive my car. Each time u call they put me through from one person to the other or tell me they will come back to me. I have been to their dealership couple of times and I'm coming from Pretoria to Kempton Park. I haven't driven the car ever since. I spoke to sk Cslled Joe saying he will fix this issue as soon as possible but I'm here wasting my Credit with no calls from him. I think doing Business with Emzed Lylifestyle motors it's really a bad idea. I can't have a car for almost two Years and can't drive it

Thee most scammers of car insurance that I’ve ever come across, their consultants or 3rd party that they presume saying they work with now when you have to claim why does it have to come to claim stage and experience difficulties but when they sell you an insurance it’s not the same story. Number one from lodging a claim I was sold that when I take or have an issue with my car and do not have it at my disposal I’ll be getting a courtesy car however no, M-sure that’s not what it happened I was now told I should get it on my own then later claim that imagine such an inconvenience so I took my car to be fixed and there I was not mobile mind due I am working with that car and besides obviously I’ll need it I was told that they will get a copy of my call that was on the 8th today is the 19th imagine by a guy called Kurt again how do you make that a customer problem and I would not just demand such if I knew am not covered for. Then my car is at the repair store am told they won’t pay certain parts which am not insured for but according again to my knowledge I am. Funny I never even received a copy of my call nor policy which I’d refer back to I had to ask my bank to assist me in checking my debit order that which company is taking for insurance. Only today Kevin at the claim department sent me the copy which again his manager sent me my policy number and telling me I need to speak to happy motor which I know my insurance as M-sure not that company. Which when I asked for his manager he was also rude and his Manager not also fixing this whole situation telling me about I need to wait for them to listen to the call what if they even filter or edit the call recording how long will I be waiting my car is waiting to be fixed and it seems like they not bothers my that they’re bunch of crooks and lack customer service
