Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting. People, don't let the good reviews convince you to buy from this place. The only time that TAL is good, is when you simply receive the order that you PAID for. When the service is bad, it's F*CKING bad. I ordered medication for me, my husband and my cats and it was set to be delivered on Tuesday, 23 January 2024. My husband was home to collect the package and his and my numbers are listed as contact people. When I arrived home at about 18:30, my husband says that nothing came, yet my app says that my package was delivered and I magically signed for it? Am I a f*cking magician? Can I be in two places at once? No. I did not receive a call from the delivery guy, nor did I receive a call from my access gate. The delivery driver allegedly left my parcel at the gate without my consent. FIRST PROBLEM. SECOND PROBLEM. The parcel was not at the gate when we went to check. THIRD PROBLEM: When informing TAL of this, the driver kept making excuses and blatantly **** about calls that were never f*cking made. What a useless f*ck. FOURTH PROBLEM. TAL tells me that I instructed the delivery driver to leave it at the gate. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THERE WERE NO F*CKING CALLS MADE TO ME NOR MY HUSBAND. FIFTH PROBLEM: I heard nothing from them for the rest of the day. It's a R1000+ order for medication. This is not f*cking make up or k*k. IT'S MEDICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Useless, useless, useless.
Wow, thought service delivery in Pretoria would at least be better tha Joburg but I was sorely mistaken. Went to Popeyes Menlyn for a Sunday treat. - Staff were unresponsive when we were speaking to them - laughed at us when we asked if there was a physical menu during loadshedding - spoke about us in a different language to one another and not acknowledging us in the slightest What disgusting employees.
Okay, they refuse to answer/fix ANYTHING? Then everyone gets to hear about this AWFUL company. This is our story: After working ourselves to the bone, we finally got to purchase our first home in Irene only to receive the literal WORST service delivery. We are very fortunate to work from home thus good/stable internet is crucial. Our Estate has a partnership with Metro Fiber so we automatically had to sign with them. After 1 and a haldlf months of excruciatingly poor internet and service delivery, I decided to write this. We gave them the benefit of the doubt TIME AND TIME AGAIN only to be disappointed every.single.time. Events that took place, you ask: - @ installation the cable wasn't spliced correctly, couldn't active internet and had to be repaired. No contact from the company regarding the repair for a week until we reached out. The excuse (without an apology) was: the lady went on holiday without telling anyone of the situation. Ugh. - We signed for a 100 mgb line and we received 20 mgb for a full month and a half but yet paid for the 100 mgb line? We sent about 30 emails to Metro fibre regarding this ****erally ZERO help or explanation) and had about 10 telephone conversations with them where they simple blamed Vodacom and said that we must call Vodacom (which we also did about 5 times) because it's a fault on their side. BULLS*IT. After a month and a half it was finally "fixed"/ changed to 100mgb. NO apology received, ever. NO credit for the money we paid for the 100mgb line but only received 20mgb. Useless and actually disgusting. - now, in the only 4 hours that we have electricity, there is a fiber outage. So, of course we call the call center... no information, no ETR. At least they are consistently useless. Be better. Be better. Be better. Be better. Be better. Be better. The guy that switches off my power for loadshedding has his s*it together more than Metro Fiber. Don't even bother replying publicly to this. Your words mean NOTHING. Don't pretend. Just fix the damn internet before Monday morning. Don't even call me with an SLA, you do not want to speak with me after all of this. Fix. Your. Flippen. Staff.
